I cannot believe they have written that. Amazing really and re emphasises the thoughts on the share price movements from the many knowledgeable posters on here.
The link to the note is below for anyone who has not had a chance to read it.

Thanks for the response Alfacomp.
It is shocking just how poor some of the errors are in their little snippet. You can see how if people are just looking in on the share / wondering whether to invest could be put off by the poor information some sites provide.

Part of the information here definitely does not seem accurate!
Did anyone see the BMO Capital Markets note?
Thanks Lindon - interesting read.
I do wonder what the sweet spot is in terms of Vanadium pricing.
When the price is very high there are fears that this will jepordise VRFB uptake.
When the price is low there are comparisons to the previous profits we would have been making should the price have remained at the highs.
Such exciting times - with more news to come!
BigBiteNow once again demonstrating his knowledge and research is so impressive!
......and immediately after I posted my previous - I attempted to buy £5k worth of shares and the price is 30p - typical!
Not that its an issue but can never get the timing right on these things!
I am currently trying to find some loose funds to top up as well. I must say I am slightly surprised - I thought we would have an artificial dip below 30p which would come up as NT. Clearly there are shares available.
Thanks Alfacomp and SOTRR,
I think I have been overthinking this. I will Bed and ISA the full ISA allowance for this year and deal with the small loss. I would much rather have as many shares in my ISA as possible for what I consider a cheap price.
I will explore the offsetting of the loss against other gains and whether the Bed and ISA causes issues.
Thanks again!
Just wanted to see peoples thoughts.
I hold the majority of my shares within ISA allowances. I have x amount in my trading account and was planning on doing a Bed and ISA. The amount I have in my trading account is sitting on a small loss - would you be inclined to wait it out and Bed and ISA later down the line so as not to realise the loss? Or am I just being silly considering this and I should get maximum amount of shares into the tax free ISA shelter?
I have just read the Proactive note:
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/columns/sp-angel/30786/today-s-market-view---trade-deal-optimism-sees-commodities-higher-30786.html
This line appears new:
They have also initiated development of a smallish 1MW mini PV grid paired with a 4MWh vanadium flow battery at the Vametco plant. This will supply around 8% of Vametco’s electrical power consumption and in theory, should be sufficient to supply several thousand houses in South Africa.
For someone much more knowledgeable than me does this imply that a 1MW using 2 tonnes of Vanadium can power several thousand private properties in SA? Has this been discussed previously?
Hi MIKINAMAN
I am in a similar position to you. My first investment was around the 8p mark but I invested heavily in the 20s, 30s and 40s so definitely on paper the value does not look as healthy as previously. I admit I definitely feel nervous at points but the more informative posts I read the more it reassures me that if we can afford to stay in this share for a decent length of time hopefully we are will reap the benefits because there is so much news due and exciting developments.
Apologies if this has been posted already

Just a quick post to say thank you BigBiteNow. You have written multiple informative and balanced posts today. I find you a consistent, honest and calming influence who always treats everyone with respect / benefit of the doubt.
It is a real shame that posters are coming on with the deliberate aim to disrupt and cause conflict. This is making your posts less visible and I highly recommend to everyone to ensure they read BigBiteNow's posts so far today.
Hi Yachty,
Your response to Lucan - is this gut feel or are you hearing murmurs on the grapevine via contacts at the mine?
To miss a self imposed deadline twice is disappointing whichever way it gets cut. As you say seems a bizarre RNS to suffer delays.
Having said that I still have faith in the company - I think of the landing of Sojitz etc which shows a board with brilliant foresight who has been delivering for its shareholders.
Hi Cindercone,
I believe Alfacomp has written an article where he discussed whether VRFB is cost competitive and I believe that it does compare well to Lithium-Ion. Clearly BE will need to communicate more information on this - but I imagine having a mini grid at Vametco or other projects will help to clarify costings and allow people to see it in practice.
I think the below article is the one where pricing is discussed more generally:
https://www.thebushveldperspective.com/blog/public-articles-1/post/energy-storage-europe-2019-414
Brilliant RNS. Exciting to see the mention of the opportunities for Large Storage as mentioned by BBN, Alfacomp etc.
Knuttie your RNS predictions are impressive - the Friday one was brilliant!
The highest price I purchased at was around 45p. It is odd as I never felt nervous as the price dropped. Cannot wait for 40p and beyond to be broken!
