@Priest...No is the answer to your question. How can it already factor in Nasdaq? there's been no announcement. How can it factor in Texas? Haven't even broken ground yet. Sure, you may get a sentiment based bump but that's about it for now.

Yes quite, I still don’t understand to point of turning up on boards and posting negative one liners, devoid of explanation or depth.
