Yeah unfortunately whilst these BBs have what I feel to be predominately good people, there is a small percentage of real nasty pieces of work who only show up on boards when the share price dips. They seem to get off on other peoples worry or misfortune. There is actual research that’s been done on these people which is available to look at online, it’s interesting and helps you understand that it’s an actual mental condition they have, it makes it easier to gloss over what they write on here and actually makes me feel a bit sorry for them.

Agreed it’s not bad at all in the pantheon that is oil discovery. They will test the samples they took over the next few weeks and continue to report the results.....relax.

Yeah Zcash today, yesterday was DOT and ETH so nice to see crypto making good strides. It’ll be interesting to see if they manage to hold some of those gains made.

I get the PR angle, the optics look great in the immediate term and sets us apart from others in our space.
I think that the business side of this is part of a longer term view being taken, in that traditional energy costs are only going to increase as the years go by, and whilst I appreciate that Texas boasts some of the lowest energy costs around for this type of operation, in order to have some kind of influence over our future costs then starting that process now will only benefit us.
It might be that it’s difficult to run big whilst exclusively green right now but I don’t think they would be committing to this if they didn’t rate it’s viability long term.

Why do it then? I don’t think they’re in the business of sentiment, they’re in the business of making money aren’t they?
