Seeing a lot of questions about why we haven't seen news of the readout yet. Also seen a lot of suggestions as to why they are sitting on the results for various reasons (good and bad).
This is my take...
No they haven't received them yet, by design. I would suggest they did not want to receive them before they were in a strong position in terms of negotiating a licencing deal or sellout ('strengthening the supply chain' etc) . They knew approximately how long it would take to strengthen their position so that's how long they gave the data company to process the results. I would guess if that's true they have arranged to receive COPD and Covid-19 hospital trial reports at the same time.
I'm not saying they did this knowing good results are coming as it's a double blind study (stop pretending they somehow know anecdotally), rather in case they get the results we are all hoping for.
It's a good thing for the LTH but doesn't hint at the outcome in any way, just getting ready to leverage good results.
Also, I really don't think Lansdowne or Acacia are reducing their holdings any more. They both seemed to be timely filling TR1s, it seems clear to me that they are waiting for results. SP is surely being driven by traders right now, all that comes to an end once they release results and on good news heads to its new value in the blink of an eye.
A bit rampy, without really saying anything. Just getting it off my chest.
All just my humble opinion, make up your own minds and as ever dead keen to hear other's opinions.
Hang on DD.
One person you're making fun of because they're expecting a TR1 from an II, telling them that they are wrong to think they are unloading.
Another you are mocking, telling them that the IIs are dumping the stock.
Which is it?
Would it make sense for us to make a coordinated effort on this front?
When I get home (in the next hour) I can compile a list of all MPs and email addresses (a monster post I agree) . If people think that would be helpful/necessary.
Does it make sense to send to MPs outside of our constituency? My argument for yes would be that receiving many emails may get it in front of them and illicit a response.
What constituencies can we cover between us, or should we not divulge such information on a public forum?
No, don't go dave!
I for none am extremely appreciative of you taking time out of your busy trading/scientific research schedule to warn us about this share.
It was an incredibly selfless thing to do.
Please tell me what to do, so I sell everything. Now or tomorrow, then buy which share?
Can I give my money directly to you?
