there will never be a solid proof that will stand in court. These so called bribes are normally paid through legitimate and official contracts with so called service agents. So PFC can and will never engage in bribery directly. They are probably told to sign a service agreement with an agent who himself takes care of any transactions. Those agents are mostly local companies which the SFO have no jurisdictions over them.

Petrofac extends Integrated Services for NEO Energy
Petrofac, the leading international service provider to the energy industry, announces today the early award of a one-year extension to its Integrated Services contract with NEO Energy.
The extension, awarded eight months ahead of the renewal date, takes Petrofac’s contract for operations, maintenance, engineering and construction support for NEO Energy’s UK activities, through to December 2022.
Petrofac supported the transition of operations on the Quad 15 & Flyndre area in 2020 following NEO Energy’s acquisition of the assets, and at the same time assumed responsibility for ongoing operations, maintenance, engineering and construction under its integrated delivery model. In July of the same year, under a separate two-year agreement, Petrofac’s well engineering team were selected by NEO Energy to provide Well Management and Well Operator support for 25 production wells across the Affleck, Balloch, Dumbarton, Flyndre and Lochranza fields.
Commenting, Nick Shorten, Managing Director for Petrofac in the Western Hemisphere, said:
We are thrilled to continue our support of NEO Energy’s late life asset strategy and pursuit of top-quartile uptime and efficiency. The early extension of our integrated services contract provides further endorsement of our ability to seamlessly deliver services across the asset lifecycle.

I have been reading your posts guys for the last few months. It has been very informative and encouraging. I am an investor since the company went public. I have held and averaged my SP in the last few month. Petrofac will bounce back. It has all the fundamentals to do so. It is just a matter of time.
PFC can downsize their operation to sustain the drop in revenue. They are after all an engineering and contracting company. However it is difficult to predict whether UAE , SA or IRAQ will entertain their bids once the SFO settles the issue. Their image and reputation has been damaged in these countries. I sure hope they can secure work from other countries and diversify as they are doing. Fingers cross. This will take patience.
I have been a share holder since the company went public. I have a reasonable interest in PFC . I do believe that the company can turn around and grow again with their vast experience especially in the gulf. I do believe when more projects are rolled out and especially if the SFO issue is behind, the company can move forward. It is a matter of time.
