Big difference for myself only, 15yrs ago Russia supplied vast amounts of countries, that is all changing now, I recall reading an article I believe from our leaders father , possibly an old conaco write up, saying it can take as long as 25yrs plus to take a less than transparent / corrupt country on a legal transparent path, watch this space!?
