I am fairly new to investing, but BRES caught my eye immediately. I opened my position before the DFS last year and still believe the project will ultimately come good.

One question I have is around the potential P1 project-level funding structure. What do people here think would be a fair percentage ownership split between BRES and the P1 funders?

Instinctively, I feel that around 25% for the funders would be a fair outcome for all parties, but I'd be interested to hear other views on this.

At the last investor presentation Jonathan Marren did say one of his frustrations was not being able to tell the market what invinity was bidding for and he was obviously naturally delighted to be able to talk about flexbase.

We'll probably get some traders coming in for cap and floor.

Ultimately the bull case for invinity is not the chart it is whether we are approaching a revenue inflexion point for the company. Mgt believes endurium cost has reduced. LCOS gives it an edge on lithium projects. It has an edge on lithium batteries with degradation and no fire risk. It's a British Company.

Is this now the time for invinity to secure the contracts and gear up for revenue growth. If it succeeds the chart will take care of itself. If not the sp will drift.

joking aside, fingers crossed for cap and floor - let's stay grounded but hope the stars are aligning.

At the investor presentation Jonathan Marren said they were in the dark about when cap and floor results would be announced but they were led to believe end of June.

So much so like in this stock. The cap and floor results will be interesting but flexbase got my juices going. Winning a data centre contract against lithium battery.

Now not all developers will go down this route but the reasoning flexbase gave - fire risk / lcos - these are reasons that can win invinity future data centre contracts. At this market cap we don't need many wins. Just a few.

Hagshaw would be great but ultimately I think a solid cap and floor is needed. I don't think we need anything spectacular. Just evidence we can win win a reasonable chunk here against lithium batteries.

Let's stay grounded though because markets are strange.

I think the negotiating power comes from having more than one interested party wanting to do a funding solution. If a potential funding party knows if they dither too long someone else would come along and do the funding deal that would be better than us imposing a deadline imo.

Hi - the march 2026 investor presentation has 60m warrants at weighted average 6p.

Do we know how many warrants relate to the Nov 2024 4p issue and the Apr 2025 4.5p issue?

"The Company's next hurdle is to close the project financing funding of approximately US$45 million to commence P1 Production in 2027."

Reading this it seems initial funding being targetted realistically is P1 funding not P1 + P2 funding together. This would make sense since management incentive program tied into p1 funding being signed off not P1 + P2 funding.

"Work has continued at all times on identifying offtake partners including the Company entering into non-binding offtake agreements. As at May 2026, the Company has already allocated all of the P1 Production requirements in sale agreements (up to 20,000tpa concentrates) and now is adding to this focusing on the larger P2 Production amounts (70,000tpa concentrates)."

Ideally though we get P1 funding and offtake lined up for P2.

This stock is like being on a rollercoster. :)

Any ideas what's fuelling the rise today afrer the pullback - general good news on hydrogen sector?

By potentially increasing the life of mine we'll hopefully be in a position to not only get funding but also the best funding deal.

It is frustrating the drill results from beehive and iyan took so long but I can see the logic of why they were done.

Would love to see an offtake agreement with a nuclear company.graphite for nuclear...other than obviously funding that would help the sp imo.

It's not ironic, no, it's jaw dropping, gob smacking, stupendous, life-changing ejaculation time. - lol that's great.

now let's hope they get the RNS for FAT out - The road to the market seeing commercialisation begins.
