AEE we’re trading 20% + to Aura before private placement. So the institutions got their shares at the same price as we could have bought ours on Friday.
Nothing to complain about.
If there was a public placing for Aura U.K. listing with a 20% discount there would be a 20% drop in price followed by placing over hang for weeks.
The whole process has plaid out as I expected and stated in earlier posts. Happy days onwards and upwards with £8m extra towards Tiris.
Now fine for Aura to catch up with the market following the recent rise to $60 spot price.

Aura is currently trading at 20% discount to AEE.
Therefore Aura is trading at or around the discounted price of the capital raise.
Aura and AEE haven’t been subject to any price rise that other uranium stocks have benefited from since the AEE trading holt. Spot price now at $60.
Crazy people selling Aura because they see the word raise! C’mon people get with it!

Which will be 11pm Sunday night for us in the U.K.
details of capital raise will most likely be announced before the ASX opens.
Therefore there will be a full ASX trading session for AEE during this raging uranium market before Aura opens for trading on AIM on Monday morning.
I’m fully loaded and expecting a booming week next week. Certainly don’t want to miss out on a potential gap up on Monday morning.

They didn’t appear to move the price and are within seconds of each other. I assume this was a transfer of shares with a small cut for the broker?

The upside being that the raise was prior to spot price flying up to $60/lb. Indeed brokers make a killing but I expect PI's mop up quickly. If they do get up to 24% discount at least the raise is minimal in the mist of things. Agree entirely that still Bullish here. Expecting to top the 23p September highs within a month based on strong fundamentals and spot price @ $60/lb+

I'm on the brink of selling other stocks to add more to Aura.
I would be quite happy with my portfolio consisting of just Aura and LAC in this current market.
Roll on Sunday night when before ASX opens and Aura announce details of the raise.
Those who have been invested in Aura a while will remember the massive jump in price AEE experienced following their long suspension. I don't expect this jump in price to be in the 400% region like that was but with more finance in place should comfortably pave the way for Aura to march in to the 20s and beyond.

Massive regret incoming for those selling on the back of todays rns.
Those who don’t understand will read the rns and conclude that there is an open placing incoming.
Those who are familiar with how Aura operate will know otherwise and hold out for AEE trading to recommence which could see AEE gap up nicely.

Spot price up $2 which is a massive jump to a ten year high.
Putin has announced he will be banning commodity exports.
Spot price is going to keep racing on.

Spot on! We’re on track for a 100% gain in share price this year from current price level. Easy buy and hold!!!

Uranium stocks down under were spanked last night abd news of fire at Ukraine nuclear power plant and the associated threat didn’t help. Plant now seized by Russians so all under control.
Other news that Kaz are joining the fight with Russia,
This would result in a massive decline of uranium supply to the west from kaz; sending uranium spot price through the roof.
Expecting a dip here today but also expecting it to be short lived.
By 2:30pm today, we could see US uranium stocks jump well ahead which would drive auras sp towards closing. Worst case, aura dips today and charges on next week hopefully.
I’m selling other stock today to buy the dip and going even heavier in to Aura!

AEE gapped up earlier this week and might need to fill the gap. If so we could see a 10% dip from current price before the ascent.
Don't get spooked if this happens! Any dip will get bought up quickly.
Better that AEE's gap fills now rather than later. We need that out of the way in my opinion as many will hold back in fear with that gap looming!
