Of course you totally missed my point. You can say all you like but this has disappointed for too long, transformational deal or not, and continues to. I was merely pointing out that it is not simply down to oil.
We're going to get a cpr on Jamaica which may give some short term rise above 3p again but it is nothing without attracting a partner with deep pockets and intention.
What has to be avoided here at all costs is dilution. Hopefully lessons have been learned.

It's not that simple. There are plenty of Oilers out there that have had decent news, like us, and are well up, some are well up and don't even have any production.
There is more at play here than it just being oil down, unfortunately Egypt being one of them.

There will be plenty of time to get more here if you want them. Meanwhile the metals miners are going mad, even some of the cr*p one's.

Given the potential here it is hard to believe the valuation. If this was a small oiler sat on a potential look alike elephant field the valuation would be £50m+ . But that is the situation here. We are potentially sat on a look alike Norilsk but unlike oil we don't need traps and porosity and can't be confused with water. Should be valued much higher and will be before drilling starts.

I would imagine the company will want the share price quite a bit north of here before pulling the trigger on the remaining 6m shares they are allowed to issue in order to have enough money to see them through to next financial year and allow them to crack on where they are able.

As it is main listed they are only allowed 20% dilution each year and thus we can only issue another 6m shares this financial year having raised some money earlier in the year so dilution is nothing to worry about. They have enough to take them in to 21

gkb47 no I mean Prospex Engergy, the other party in our triumvirate of partners in Italy. Look at Pxen on the lse and read yesterday's news and down as far as the chairman's statement and you will find there is quite a lot of information in there. I will be disappointed if our company does not add the same amount of information to our interims but maybe we will have a lot more to say on other things, hopefully.

gkb47 if you want an update on Italy there is a good one in Pxen interims today. It still looks as though it is very much up in the air but still penciled in for H1 21.

Thanks for your thoughts. The main thing for me is how much profit we have been making but also how much cash we have at hand because if Larkers has more ideas to bring in other assets, and I am sure he has, I want to have a good handle on how he is going to pay for them.
Issuing anymore shares in to more weak hands and I am done here.

Yes I am all ears for the transformational figures next week. May be finally the share price will finally transform into getting long termers back in the black.

Yes myfirstmillion I am sure it went a very small way to compensate for the multi millions we have seen sold most weeks for what seems like an age.
Lets hope the figures are as good as some hope.

Bebeto I know they haven't delayed them and I know they have until 30th Sept, I was simply commenting on your musings regarding a 'mega deal'.
One thing is for certain there still appears very little buying appetite to push this back in to the 3s, so I suspect potential buyers have little faith in the figures until they are in black and white.

Why would they delay results to do that. Surely if there was any deal in the making it would have maximum effect in a separate Rns on a different day.
