I have been watching patiently and much happier now we have finally left the 3's behind but still a bit nonplussed that we are still not gaining a better valuation and there is still a lot of selling on certain days.
It's crazy that people were still piling in to 88e last week as it went above $700m valuation with a very poor reputation yet we struggle to maintain $50m even with all the good news and production from Egypt and other decent assets.
Hopefully slow and steady does win the race ;-)

Flipping eck Stan if you are here for production you are going to be in for a long wait unless we can start something a bit lively at Merolia, and by a bit lively I mean in the next 18mths.
That said, as spudtheplumber points out, we have 5 projects and we have had boots on the ground at all of them. Unfortunately we are short of any significant news from all of them. The news out of Canada is positively glacial for us but seems to be busy for other companies if you look at the tweets.

Actually Yanis as things turned out it wasn't that bad and obviously people were expecting much more from the drilling results. It seems however that MF was managing expectations but IMO he should have left that to the market. There are countless miners that are overvalued and others undervalued but in time the market sorts things out and doesn't need MF managing expectations if he was thinking it had got ahead of itself. Or maybe he was just managing it to get the options set lower - cynical. Whatever the reason for it, it totally swept the legs from under the sentiment and share price.

bitcoinbuyer, Venus/AAU are diamond drilling not percussion drilling. It looks like CHF will be doing more percussion drilling initially.

Of concern to me is that I thought it was better to drill Dotted Lake in the winter yet we are fast approaching the spring warmth and full thaw.

Hopefully Brian might make reference to the WD M&A in the One2One interview. I think it shows the clear undervaluation here and the prospectivity of the Western Desert. We all know Shells reason to sell as they head in different directions but that is some outlay for Cairn, especially given the size of loss they made last year.
