Doesn’t satisfy me either Ebob. These guys have such experience yet appear to have taken nothing in to account for the what ifs and are looking like amateurs. If they are not careful it will all fall apart. I can't believe how they have been so wildly over optimistic about the time it would take to do this. I am now of the thinking that they are going to have been over optimistic on the 50p and we will get something much less palatable. Poor show all round Pembridge.

They don't seem to be under any obligation or inclination to tell us anything. The egm RNS which quite clearly set out timelines and has quite clearly now gone awry certainly requires at least some explanation but I doubt we will get one. I am not sure it is funding that is the issue but whatever it is worrying and to me deserves a few lines in a RNS. Given the pedigree of this board I think shareholders have had a raw deals unbecoming of them. Very annoyed if I am honest.

September it now is though but shame they have not thought it necessary to update shareholders of the reason(s). Pretty poor show. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't even make September given how wide of the mark they have already been. So the causes for concern continue for another 6wks at least.

Rather disappointing if true and rather blows out of the water rushing the egm through. To say the BoD are supposed to be top in their field they are really making hard work of this and I can't understand how they can be so far out on their timings plus other things they say. Cheesed off to say the least.

All we can hope for is the continued silence and seemingly endless suspension is for a good reason. The japs would not be throwing so much money at this on a whim and so we must continue to hope the company bring home the bacon and not more mouldy old doh!!

Was thinking the same Bythesea. Hard to be in a share for so long that has been either suspended or in decline. Think we are due some good fortune and hopefully the BoD can deliver it for once.

I can't understand why they had to put a date to re admission in the notice of egm. Why did they not just say it will allow us to re admit as expediently as possible instead of saying 'late July'. Now it is just another thing they have missed and investors start to worry about what is coming. Hopefully early next week then :-/

Whilst I agree with what okenia says re update RNS, the company must really be more realistic with timelines to avoid that very issue. As well as being massively over on the end of April they can't even stick to the timeline they put out less than a month ago for which the egm was rushed through. I only hope they can stick to the more important 50p raising after consolidation. I am not sure what the sentiment would be if they can't now follow through on that.

Lol apologies Lotto it's just been a long wait and rather waring and I just need see it done so I can make a decision whether to stay or go and not have that decision taken from me for too long. Not blaming the company. I am a big boy, just lessons learned for future reference. If I was to make a criticism it would be for the company to make statements they at least have a chance to stick to. Saying they hoped to have this done by end of April and still haven't by August is simply not good enough. Even for a simple sole like me I knew that date was not achievable and thus why I am still a little sceptical about how this will turn out and whether they will get 50p away. GL all.

Don't shoot the messenger chaps may be he will be right this time. Here's hoping. I think we will all be much happier and wiser once this long and drawn out fiasco is all over. End of April has long gone with much of my patience.

I would take it with a pinch of salt. Bigboots posted about being at one of the curry house financing events last year saying they had all the funds and more promised and we all know how that turned out. Bit of a sensationalist poster. Posts like that and then gives no other details.
