Has anybody who’s clued up had a look what the issue could be? I don’t recall any name changes or transferring of assets during that time? I had a brief look this morning on companies house & could only see Sound Oil was dissolved in 2018.
Too much stick!? As if they are trying to brush complete failure & incompetence off as exploration risk. What a joke.
We were sold a fully funded 3 drill program with 300+bcf under pinning us at 50p (later halved).
If TE10 was make or break why did we drill it instead of proving up the Horst. Utter lunacy.
It was always suspicious to me that after the RNS announcing the partial sale was released, the share price dropped. Even though the 1st cash payment was more than our market cap. We know now that the unnamed company don’t have the funds but at the time there was no reason to doubt they didn’t.
Anyway as Davey mentions, the Horst is 1% of the licence. There’s got to be more recoverable gas out there.
Anyway, just noticed Sound have retweeted this article. Not sure of the relevance but must be related in some way.
