Heyyy gio, hope your weekend was good mate. Yes, looking good, as previously mentioned by someone, that “resistance” of the £2 has now been broken, hopefully the rise back up is on. I’m just watching, I got in at 1.97, was never going to try and pick the bottom, dirty habit. My intention was to buy on its merry way up. Gla
Trades as always flooding in. I wish there was an emoji that showed me just pulling my hair out. I don’t think it helps because we are waiting on the good news, we know production is going up as we speak and we know what’s on the horizon, I don’t want to wish 2019 away, but CUMMON!!!!!. Rant over. I’m invested not trading so it don’t really matter that much to me, I just hate the feeling of being the only one in the bar ALL the time, with the occasional passer by!lol.
Glad to see Thursday and Fridays upward trend, hopefully it continues. A lot of buys vs sells Friday. Blue all the way today please G4M. Gla
Cheers brasso, yes it has been posted, but great anyhow. Actually it started a discussion on here about PL and he’s intentions. I think any company alert enough to want to give as many Updates as posible via any means is reassuring to PIs. And he does appear to not be telling the whole truth as in, how good things might well be... I may be reading into things there though. Where’s mystic meg when ya need her!! Gla
Had a few bevvys guys so please bear with.. Just thinking about ppc and trying to compare it’s short term sp. the sp guesstimate I won’t bother with. But imagine someone told you to buy some beans because they WILL grow into a beanstalk... that’s what’s happening here. You can buy in here at this current low sp (market cap alone). Then within 1 year you will have guaranteed more production from the year before.... like iv said previously, not going to blow your socks off here, but definitely profitable, and some. Imo.
Kld - agree with all of your post, I’m sure your delighted to know haha. The only thing I would like to tackle is your buy out sp. unsure of how you’ve come to that price. Not saying I agree with or disagree with. Just curious as to the reasoning behind your guess.
Sons- also, sorry to hear about your previous burn. I haven’t looked at your link but to be crippled financially is enough to hear. I would only invest / gamble what I can accept to lose. Good luck mate. Any questions you have, bring them to the board, you will get an answer from someone, pretty friendly bb.
Sons, it’s your hard earned money, you can’t look too deeply. This is a good solid company. Most aim shares are volatile. Your talking about a share that is in a high risk / high reward sector. If your an investor like you claim I feel there are worse shares to be invested in. If your a trader, right share / wrong time - come back in March. Little perk with PPC trying to push the gas side, especially the amounts we’re talking hopefully will balance the unpredictable oil prices!!. ive been after this, not trying to blow ppc trumpet, I don’t need to, I’ll let you all research and make your own minds up,I’ll help anyone if I can, just wanted to grow some traffic here!!, discussions good or bad. Any Publicity is good publicity.
Ppc - lets not forget a lot is played down at the moment. There’s 6 wells that are plugged “ready to produce”. And ppc are and I quote “at the moment limited” to 25k meters pipe, dependant on results could acquire more. Hopefully soon we will get some figures for supplying the gas and electricity back to grid.
Riskall, The malky one yesterday, yes I get your view. The phone in I felt PL was a bit juddery so not as “proofed” as the interview. But then I’m sure everyone’s questions they no what’s coming?..
Maladoni- i may have miss read your question bud but no, gas has nothing to do with oil. They work gas production out in boe (that’s a barrel oil equivalent). To work that out its amount of gas available in this case at the moment 25000 x 35.3 / 6000 = boe. I believe I’ve worked this out before and posted on here?. I’m sure it works out better to use the gas to supply energy to the fields. I wonder how much ppc are leasing the generators for?, not seen those figures anywhere.. About going private, this is your feelings, I get what your saying, but not at the moment, this could grow more floating. Gla
Definitely Optimistic, really excited for this year and ppc. Can’t wait to see where we are going. I actually really like PL, I think I’ve bought into him more than the company... luckily the company appear to have all the rights bits in all the right places. Definite growth year this year. Excited about who’s next on our “hit list” aswel. I wonder how much PL values Louisiana at after the drilling results, long way off/ all guessing but excited never the less.
100%. The report is in March I believe. All the stuff below is great and not taking anything away from ppc here, but as PL has stated quite a bit, he wants to move over to gas which I don’t mind, especially when it’s readilly available as it is. Ppc are starting tests on plugged wells also now I believe. But at what cost, so production cost we know, but who’s buying, I assume that’s why the power side has come about!, it’s worth more in this way. But why keep angling at producing goods that don’t make the dollar?.. just for figures sakes or to hopefully keep funding the next and the next or because it’s news, good news and keeps it flowing?.. Brazil and Bolivia are way ahead of Argentina for producing and selling gas,, with a lot of clout. Although I haven’t researched the difference in cost, I’d assume our production costs are less. But are they giants that could sweep us aside?..
DR- your right, 4.5x production growth in 2 years is pretty decent. This is going to be doubled further this year. Let aloan the exploration and drills to be done this year are company funded. Never going to set the world alight this year, substantial growth but not going to be ground breaking. Looking forward to the sleeping giant Paraguay being woken up, but for the sp to really shift timing is Key!!!. We need moment here first then the biggie in q4 hopefully!!!. At the moment everyone knows what’s coming and it’s good, but not enough to get real pi’s talking like you quite rightly said.
1 trade so far, and..... it’s...... a..... buy!! Wahey!!, pretty large one at that. flying now lol.
Just wondering now, how much we will get back for selling back to the grid gonna look into it now, see if there’s a going rate. He stated selling back say 2mW, but he didn’t say if that was per day, seems quite a lot, considering we are using quite a bit also, can anyone clarify?. 4000boe soon aswel, very low cost to get that flowing again. Do we have a buyer though?. No real costs have been spoken about that I have seen relating to the plugged wells. PL is pretty shrewed though, can’t imagine him “taking a punt” so to speak unnecessarily.
Well, I said I may get in at £2, & I have, well 1.97 actually. The fascination of what’s happened here has kept me as interested as my other investments. Very small holding for me, just gonna give it a month or 2 and see where G4m are at. My doubts remain as in why would this be rising on the news that G4m are expecting to release etc but, the drops been over exaggerated so hay, now Iv got a board, might aswel ride the waves. Gla
Wow, great start guys!, glad to see the rise here. I really don’t like Fridays though, can see a pretty flat day tomorrow. Good luck though. When this gets to £2 I may get in.
Love it. All positive here partners, Liking the under promise / over achieve attitude from PL. It’s just market interest here, that will get things moving in the way the company is. Again, it ain’t gonna move on hot air, we need the facts. We want the truth, we can handle the truth.
What did the sp open at?.. I hope G4m does recover for all invested. I still for some reason even at these sp levels feel it’s expensive.. but then I’ve never been invested in this sector. Also, how can £2sp be expensive when it was comfortably streaming £7 & £5...
