Gabriele Cerrone should not be taking 1 cent in any form of remuneration because he has personally not honored the company's promises to list on the LSE / Nasdaq and therefore, he should be like all the other shareholders that are getting absolutely nothing from the share they purchased in good faith.

Jimmyg1. I have "bothered" to both read and save Tiziana's RNS's for the last 5 years which often but not always includes a +/- 50 word comment from Gabriele Cerrone on the content at the end. I don't really consider this communicating (RNS is compulsory) with the long suffering shareholders by totally ignoring and not addressing the issue of the share price going down from £2 to 29p, That's what I consider doing nothing for the last 4 years in comparison to how he was previously when promoting and trying to raise funds.

ACUT & Cerrone have drained the life out of Tiziana with all the negativity of doing absolutely nothing for the last 4 years regarding the promised listing of the share Firstly on the LSE and then on Nasdaq. To continually ignore and not even address this issue is both despicable and disgraceful. The value has gone from estimated at the time of purchase 25p down to 1,5p Even more importantly the lives it could possibly have helped to save is sadly unquantifiable.

Confidence, belief and faith in this company has gone, practically Zero social media interest, handful of people interested on this forum, slightly more than 25 on the Telegram forum, Stocktwits is absolutely toxic towards us on the most important forum to attract American investors on their very own stock exchange.

Damm this is such a depressing share, every time you look at the SP its in RED, pre market / trading time and post market. Is nobody interested enough to invest and hold Tiziana shares anymore. Most I know are stuck to this share because of the massive % losses. A buyout is the only hope of ever recovering losses it seems

MOG14, agreed this share is so badly manipulated especially when keeping it under the $1 level. The company was going to report it to Nasdaq because the brokers where involved with shenanigan's but as usual nothing has happened.

No RNS has arrived so I think we can now comfortably say the Institutional investor is not going to be proceeding with the 2nd 5 million purchase of shares. No surprise when they are already 25% down on the first purchase and can buy on the open market for just over 70c

Yet another blow to sentiment in this share and increased caution from the market on the companies cash reserves which increases the chances of dilution to shareholders.

Yet another blow is the constant continuous downward pressure on the share price which needs a complete reversal in direction over the next 3 days otherwise we will become a NON Compliant company yet again leading to more market caution to possible shareholder dilution.

Well the New Year of 2025 has not changed the trend so its back to another day another drop in SP. The new 5 million institutional investor at 95c is already 20% down and welcomed on board in the usual Tiziana loss making way. It now seems very unlikely they will proceed with the 2nd part of the new investment within the seventy five days especially in a very soon to be non complaint company yet AGAIN.

Cerrone appears out of the woodwork with zero news on this failing company to spend more of the money he scammed from the commission he was paid during the last 57m raised and still has absolutely nothing to say to investors about listing Accustem after more than 4 years

He has zero credibility with serious investors because of his lack of leadership qualities
