I just read their forecast for the future of Pure tech.Pretty devastating? Surely there must be some upsides?

Too many If,Buts and maybe’s I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes at Puretech we are not privy to.Since DZ jumped BC was either dumped or asked to leave.In my opinion he was useless.Now for some reason they can’t find a CEO which is irritating the market.I have tried to contact Puretech around 20 times via e mail and have never had a reply.Has anybody had the same experience???I have been invested for 7 years so I would say I was patient!!!!!

If they knocked back 2 buy outs over the last couple of years and £ 2.50 was well over subscribed I can’t understand why any offer under that would be acceptable.On another comment from BC He said investors didn’t understand their approach.Why then do they have to 51% investment

Well thoughts on results……Hub and spoke not working.Poor non communitive management Huge salary budget.No direction..An sp which looks like it is moribund.

BC has been talking about the disconnect for months and how investors are finding it difficult to evaluate the company.Now, a bit late the company is trying to resolve this issue.He talks about 80 % success unheard of in research. The problem they are facing is the investors don’t like the dilution when they have to sell off Karuna and Seaport Maybe it is the wrong model.?

Why would they sell at this time? The sp is embarrassingly low.The board are a disgrace in my opinion and i thought DZ leaving for Seaport was very telling IMO the sp should be£3 plus.Am i deluded?

£3 and im out🤣🤣🤣 Seriously.The board are not business savvy.Dont know what Peel Hunt will bring.Would be nice after nearly a decade they shared some of the spoils with smaller investors
