Freddie the share price will have no relevance to a takeover, (which will not happen to GGP especially from NCM) it's what is in the ground that counts, we all know the share price is a lot lower than it should be, but we also know that the amount of gold down there is a lot higher than what we know just now, so how would NCM look if they took over a company or bought out Hav after doing a JV .. they wouldn't get many more that's for sure !

You keep pushing for a buyout yet nothing SD or SB have said leads to that way of thinking .. you have no proof of what you are saying and as I said before stop stirring for your own perceived good ! You post rubbish !

Freddie .. ideal world .. but the AISC costs come off what we get for the gold, so if we get $1800 per Oz . And the AISC is $400 per Oz then the profit to GGP is 30/25% of $1400 ... simples ;-)

Sorry Welsh, i knew that but was trying to explain ( not very well ) that the transport costs will be part of the AISC, my mistake !

Smokey, transportation costs will be included in the AISC I would imagine, but remember we will only pay 30% or 25 % of the AISC cost.

Bamps SD was asked at the last presentation how deep they would go, he said as long as it was viable ie. financially worth while they will keep going if the grades stay good !

You're better off getting an IRR of 13% for 10 years than 20% for one year if your corporate hurdle rate is 10% during that period. ... Still, it's a good rule of thumb to always use IRR in conjunction with NPV so that you're getting a more complete picture of what your investment will give back.

Perrins, I think you are way off track with that, NCM have stated they are very happy with JV's especially this one, why would they spend billions to buy 30% when they will have 75% at a very cheap rate. The share price has absolutely nothing to do with what NCM would have to pay for the additional 30% !

Sharky you could say that about a lot of shares, but none of them with the resources and backing GGP have, the share price is a pain we all know that, but no need to go on and on about it. The fundamentals are still great and the gold hadn't gone anywhere !

Sensible to wait in short term .. but everything points to this going a lot higher .. when ? Who knows but the PFS should make a difference, and any decent strike on our own tenements or the other JV will cause a rise.
