You have 3 funding options IMO.
1. Dragons den type funding and the best option IMO, you sell the story to high net worth individuals,that like the story and will invest their time and money for a stake in the company.
2. Typical bucket shop placing. Discount the stock, brokers get their fee, shareholders get diluted in exchange for the companies ability to continue growth and development.
3. CLN's, these are a nightmare. Smart share holders will leave on Day one of any RNs which mentions cln's the share price declines as they continually get converted, the upside is , company raises cash.
Very lucrative for the CLN holders, who often approach companies, to offer their services.

You can take your pick, but you don't get money for nothing in this game.

To those that know how small caps work, they will tell you that debt financing comes in the term of CLN's, or loan notes,
Or as we say in the game 'death spiral' financing.
They apply constant selling pressure on the share,and doesn't stop until they are all converted, far worse IMO than your typical bucket shop placing.

Restaurants have been open for 2 weeks now in Thailand, but its a long way from business as normal.
Restricted seating of course ,plus recording temperature of everyone,each customer having to fill in name,number and address.
We went to the shopping maul yesterday, very quiet, and same procedure to enter the maul, and also every shop/ restaurant applying the same name/number/add...
Buffet restaurants remain closed along with bars,looking to open middle of next month.
Also,only about 60 recorded deaths here,so, quite a different situation to the UK

Johno, yes I think most investors are aware it will be changed, as Aidan said as much himself.

Some people don't like to discuss the issue. I find it difficult to believe they will keep rolling out the same programme until this major hurdle has been addressed.

Also it would give them something to offer a corner stone investor, if they were increasing revenues.

A corner stone investor would only take a %of the company , if the company had something to offer further down the line, ie revenue.

Current position is 11,000 pounds revenue (6 months)
Versus 1 million pounds loss (6 months)
Can't see any savy investor piling in without a major overhaul.
Restaurant numbers alone mean nothing to revenues or share holders.

Acknowledged that the revenues are a major issue.

Do you think he will start to charge restaurants to use the app?, or charge more to the end user?

I can't see them continuing with the same model creating no revenues tbh?..thoughts?

Over a 6 month period 11,000 pounds revenues vs 735,000 pounds administrative expenses.

Loss for the period 1,050,255 (1million over 6 months)
Total comprehensive loss for the period (1,095,450)

Its no secret that Aidan is not a good public speaker.
Research any of his interviews..nothing against him, but he left many issues brushed under the carpet.

I actually would have much preferred hearing from Tom,as he is the only hope of keeping this company together.

I think most are probably questioning the volumes of delivery Mr Potter25
with 200 restaurants on the App, they raked in 11K last year.
I think most are dubious as to the revenues they're raking in from delivering a few Ruby Murry's.
Like i said, your typical paper boy delivers higher volumes, earns more money, and doesn't need 2 million quid before year end.
