Had a little top-up here as well as there is plenty of confidence being shown.

They are in a better position that 12 months ago when the SP was over 10p.

Need to correct that.... the last half-year report was on 21st Dec 21 reporting up to 30 Nov 21

I've been wondering that myself. The Nov RNS was for the accounts up to Mar 21 so it would be nice to get a trading update.

Yet another RNS that basically says "We're going to sell some coal, honest, next quarter"

Our BOD should all be ashamed to be drawing a salary. We've had coal: actual verified, accessible coal, for years. We've had orders for 000's of tonnes of the stuff for years. We've had extraction and processing capability for years. So what's missing?

If we are incapable of digging up and selling coal, it doesn't matter what price we could be selling it at!

I wouldn't be surprised to see TB is buying some more.

Agreed GW, it is a meaningless RNS. We have been promised production and sales for years. We couldn't do it so we handed it to someone who was supposed to be better at it. Now the suggestion is that they can't to it either without our help? What help would we be when we couldn't do it ourselves?

Is this a case of hoping that two half brains make a whole one?

Nice to see the BOD's skill in adding shareholder value is continuing! Part of me can't be bothered to sell my holding here as it's diluted down to oblivion. The other part wants to get rid of it once and for all. These clowns are only ever going to make money for themselves and their mates.

Basically still unable to tell us why, with multiple contracts in place for years now, and handover of operations completed months ago, we are still unable to dig coal out of the ground and sell it to anyone.

I certainly invested based on the BS in the RNSs for this company. But I'm not chasing its tail. I'm stuck in here with such a loss that it's boom or bust. No more money is going in here from me, nor has done for a few years now. My holding is what it is and reduces with every dilution but at least I'm not paying for EDL's huge bill for Jam!

But I'll continue to post on the board for a company I still own shares in, if that's OK with you of course!

Because there is something in it for *THEM* and that is not always an increase in share price.

Take a look at BMR where the assets ended up in the hands of the wealthy "investors" and the shares were delisted!

These guys can't even dig coal out of a wide open mine and sell it. Now they dilute the exiting holders again, grab a new load of cash to look for other targets where they can fail to do their job there as well.

Useless, and the reason I no longer 'invest 'in anything on AIM. Investing on AIM is just giving money to people to fund their lifestyles.

They have all this coal and were unable to dig it out and process it regardless of orders. Then they were digging in the wrong place so moved. Things improved slightly but we were still unable to satisfy announced orders . When they realised they were crap at it, they agreed to hand over running of the mine to people who would undoubtedly be far better. Now, after six months we are still waiting for them to prove to us that they can even do that right!

Get the transfer done and we will almost certainly see some serious returns here! Seriously, just get it done!

As for dragging back up the power plant possibility, I agree it's always been on the cards and will almost certainly go ahead at some stage. But on the performance of EDL management, that jam is so far in the future it will be mouldy.

Just wanted to poke my head in here and give some to support to the long term holders, Sausageonstick in particular.

My first buy here was 09/12/2010 and Sausage was around at the same time. I am massively down having chased the jam tomorrow news. Guess what, no Jam! The accusation that Sausage is shorting is laughable!

We have seen CEOs and others come and go and we STILL don't have the basics in place. Dig the coal up and sell it. How hard can it be? Years of spending and wastage and we still can't do it!

Aerial has been around for ages as well and is always positive (god knows how) so I can't really fault him either.

They have been banging on about contracts for years and never satisfied a single one because they couldn't dig coal out and process it.

I am more optimistic here than I have been for quite a while but to say they must be producing because they are out there getting contracts is delusional from a long term holder. You know better!

I know its a placing, but the price was fair given the market price and there is actual, factual information in there. Who the shares went to and how much they hold. Names of customers and how much their contracts are for. Mostly, for me, an honest and open opinion of where we are and where we can be. I actually believe it!
