They have to sign a binding contract first. Non-binding MOUs are just empty papers.

Many companies announce investments and loans when they announce how to raise funds. But they are not making a detailed announcement.

Even if they have money, machines are not built in a day.

Alk has so much work to do.

The goal of growing a company in a growing industry is good.

Buying a small company stock is like buying a lottery ticket.

The UK government funds electric vehicle charging stations. But there is no mention of lithium production.

ALK needs to sign binding sales and supply contracts to get a lot of money from major investors or financial investors (banks).

I think alk management is watching GL1.asx :)

There is a lot of lithium in the world, but there is not much lithium available yet. So they need lithium (Mou is not binding). And they need money to build factories.

Unlisted stocks also have prices per share. haha

I think in the future ALK will earn more than the current market capitalization.
But it has to be thought differently than stock yields.

and I have no loss. The reason why I posted it is because tvl is a subsidiary company. and tvl is not listed.

I think ALK's stock price can be driven by private equity funds. If management sells TVL shares to private equity fund at a high price, ALK shares will go up, and if TVL shares are sold at a low price, ALK will go down.
and battery companies may invest in TVL. If a battery company invests, it invests to obtain lithium carbonate or lithium hydroxide from TVL, not because of stocks.

If stocks go down, you can buy cheap, so short selling is good. And if the stock that went down doesn't go up for a long time, you can buy the stock whenever you have money.

You guys should love short selling.
