Do you know how much a “substantial grant” typically is? And do they simply receive the money as a direct payment, or is it structured so that they get some of their spending reimbursed?

I'm not from the future, and I'm not an employee of this company, so I don't know. Every company has plans, but many companies fail to achieve them. I always consider the risks.

If you believe this company is guaranteed to succeed, then sell your car and house and even borrow money at high interest rates to invest in it.

If they are planning to start early works later this year, they will need funding in place. Do you think they will provide an update on their financing plans this time? If there is no discussion about funding, it would suggest the project could face significant delays

Green Lithium received a grant for a different purpose. Green Lithium and TVL are currently at different stages, and Green Lithium was required to raise an equivalent amount of equity funding in order to qualify for the grant.

I'm not sure whether ALK will receive the grant through TVL or directly through ALK. If ALK is to receive a grant under the same conditions as Green Lithium, it would need to complete an equity raising equal to the amount of the grant.

After 18 August 2026, will we see a significant number of meaningful binding contracts?

I hope their financing is successful. I also hope alk doesn’t end up going the same way as viridian Lithium

The verification has increased confidence in ALK’s feed.

Now we just have to hope that alk does a good job with their fundraising.

Do they only complete their funding preparations once the verification by Logic-i Group is finished? I wonder how much the project will be delayed.

If they don’t make any announcement regarding funding, it seems like the only thing they can say is that the project is progressing well

ALK will not receive lithium from weardale lithium for the first train. If weardale lithium becomes available while other trains are being developed, alk may choose it as an option.

The share price Paul mentioned seems justified

If the company is established exactly as outlined in the RNS, then there is a clear reason for the share price to rise further.

Institutional investors and people in the financial sector are now likely to take interest. It seems that concerns about fundraising have eased somewhat.

When construction of the first train begins, will the share price start to reflect the value of the second train as well? An exciting time is approaching. :)

China has imposed export controls on lithium battery related materials. Will TVL receive a lot of inquiries as a result?

Can we expect to see an announcement saying that Opex has been reduced?

Are you affiliated with a government or institution, or do you hold a license and qualification to provide financial advice? or are you aware of any misconduct by TVL? If there is misconduct, it can be reported to the government.

Honestly, I envy the Paul. His ability to negotiate loans and actually push projects forward is impressive. Although there's still a long way to go before success. I hope Alk brings us a lot of capital gains.
