Neglicence claim? IF it would be delisted, AND you would be able to sell your shares, AND the price would be lower than £0.47, AND you would be able to prove causation, that anything was neglected at all, then you could claim.
But if it will be unsuspended Friday at one minute to twelve, and it can be traded again, but it will IMHO most probably fall substantially in the first few days to the 28p it was recently or lower, since that management have demonstrated who they are and what they can, then it may be easier to claim dishonesty or negligence or misleading shareholder.
Let us hope for the best. I speculate that it will restart trading, and that a few big shareholders have given the MMs support orders, at let's say 40p or so. So that every seller's shares would be taken off the market at this support level. Consequently the share may hold and may even gain substance at a later time.
