You will of course get the full entitlement of the 1in20 as that was a given.

I would say it’s nailed on to be voted through. Omega needed to raise capital and have raised it through the share offer/placing which was over subscribed all round.
As for news, I believe it is possible there will be news on Friday or Monday. It would be great timing. We will have to wait and see.
There are external factors contributing to the control of the current SP, which once voted through the SP should rerate. If you look short term, say end of September, with projections the SP should be well on its way North.

I disagree with your view it is in the doldrums, and most definitely disagree with the view it has lost inertia.
Omega have very clearly set their strategy out to keep investors appraised of developments. There has been 2 recent RNS’s that are very positive and the share placing/offer will almost certainly be approved on Friday. We are close to some very big news with PHE approval for the lateral flow test as well as orders for India. It will only get better.
If investors have fully researched the business they have invested in, there should be no need for hysteria, in fact quite the opposite, it is incredibly exciting to see what unfolds over the coming weeks and months.

Piper, that’s my take on things too. Not bothered it’s dipped just under 40p, it has held steady there unlike recent patterns so is being held there as we know.
Post Friday it should move, with extra news it will move faster.
Those that have taken up the offer will have their shares, and if you have applied for extra you should get around 56% of what you applied for.
Onwards and upwards next week.

I do not foresee any further drops. The price is stable now as it has been for a few trading days.
Positive news would be excellent come Friday/Monday, and certainly there is a chance Omega could time this accordingly. Otherwise I expect the SP to move slowly North next week.

That’s not my projection, that’s the projection of Omega/Wallbrook. That is what sound investors will follow and keep their investment here.
It is only impatient investors that want to chase quick money that will selling up and going elsewhere.

All the information coming from Omega and Wallbrook is that the timescales for business developments are 6 to 12 months.
If you are expecting returns on your investment far quicker than that, that would be a perception that has been made on pure speculation rather than research.
I would expect 12 months from now that the SP will mature. In the meantime there will be positive increments.
Best advice is not to look to see what the SP is doing every few minutes/hours or even days. Think more in terms of weeks now and wait for news.

That is when there will be a significant rise north in the SP.
It has to come, just a question of how long we have to wait. I am thinking that news of an order is imminent.

The solution for antibody testing is therefore a need for an economic cheap POC test.

The Business plan is very robust in my view, and I do not foresee any issue with obtaining PHE approval or orders for India.
Not anticipating any further news until Friday or early next week at the earliest.
I also believe the SP is undervalued, and without any further news at all, it should rerate to a much higher level post the weekend, but the turbo boost will be through PHE approval and confirmed orders.

MB, PHE validation or a confirmed order would have greater impact on business development and SP than the previous RNS’s. If it doesn’t come in tune with the meeting Friday, soon after hopefully.
