Fair enough JC, but companies often do also delay their Prospectus, to get as much dilution through as they can. I struggle to see how GCAT can be finalising theirs, whilst at the same time doing more raises such as this does, or deals based on shares, because doesn't all of the share information have to be fed through into the Prospectus?

"The Board has already planned follow up soil sampling within the most prospective areas, with work scheduled to commence by end of August 2023. Rock chip samples have been taken from some of the anomalous stream catchment areas, and results from this work are anticipated within the next three weeks. Further rock chip sampling will be undertaken in other anomalous areas identified from these soil results.

Pan concentrate stream sampling work continues, with some 180 samples awaiting analysis at the laboratory. Being quoted 0.52p even for £500.

ECR have just released the first of what is expected to be a series of positive RNS over the next 3 months. Stock is looking to close a gap to 0.5p, which if it does, will then form the new support level. The main event, drilling at its Hurricane project, doesn't happen until September. So if the gap is closed, the stock then has a decent change of going on a bit of a run towards 1p.

Decent volume coming in now, and so limited opportunity for anyone interested to get in below the gap, and position for the above run. All imo and dyor

As expected, looks like folk are taking whatever is available between 0.4 and 0.45p. Once these have been quietly hoovered up, I would expect the bid to move up to 0.45p. That will then allow for a retest of 0.5p

And we have not even had any news yet. No doubt there will be stronger buying volume if the news is really positive. Asset sale or exciting samples from Lolworth will be a really good catalyst. Or Director Buys?

The ME RNS states that some of it was to be paid in cash, and some of it in shares. Have they confirmed that they have settled the debt in cash? Sorry, not been following GCAT as closely as before, so might well have missed an update since the RNS?

Bahria - I believe the topography and feasibility studies have been done by separate companies and as separate exercises. Therefore, not sure that one had to be completed before the other, unless that is what Naheed has said.

Jersey - is the delay in issuing the Prospectus not costing the company, or its retail shareholders, heavily here? I say this because aren't the millions worth of shares that are owed to Mill End and Orca, going to be worked out on the share price after the Prospectus is issued, enabling those shares to be paid out?

Like I said Tamer, this is now about buying what you can below this gap. So whilst there might still be some sells, at some point, the buying price will move from the lower 4s into the upper 4s, and then another test of 0.5p.

We should have the interview out by Friday.

Mental - they wouldn't do an interview so soon after the previous one, if they did not have something positive and new to tell us. So "undoubtedly" something good. Could it be the rock chip sampling or XRF that AJ spoke about in the last interview?

For me, the best news at this stage, would be to hear that they are close to selling either the property and/or the second Rig. And that the proceeds will fund ECR into 2024. Not sure that would come from AJ though?

Not followed ORCP of late, but just wondering what has happened to the much awaited DFS, which I believe was due by the end of Q2? Is it still the next item of newsflow expected here, or has it been delayed?

I've had the same experience. Strange quotes on buy and sell side, as well as the advertised spread not reflecting the actual quotes/trading. Suspect the MM are collecting what they can, for the inevitable? All imo

Last week we were trading at sub 0.3p. This week we have hit the gap at 0.5p. It's a case of taking whatever stock is available between 0.35p - 0.45p next, and then a retest of that gap. Will the interview reveal something that will trigger a retest?

And we haven't had ANY of the anticipated RNS over Lolworth samples, Hurricane drilling programme or asset sale, so they are still to come. Only a matter of small time I think before that gap is retested and (hopefully) broken. And we have 2 months of trading left before the main event, the Hurricane drilling starts.

Might be nothing to worry about, but equally, given the issues that GCAT has had and continues to have, it's not good to hear a NED has resigned? Their roles are about governance and accountability, and that's surely what GCAT needs a lot more of, not less of? Another reason why this prospectus can't come soon enough, to allay any concerns about the way the company is being run. All imo and dyor

Yes time to get excited … and take what you can below the gap. It will soon become the new support level. That’s the nature of gaps. Imo

Hi folks - yes, KR mentioned this discussion board, over on the He1 BB the other day, and I decided to check it out. I think its good to have a BB that is not specific to any company, and always useful to exchange tips or see what is getting folk excited.

KR - I totally agree re Bres. It will breakout on this DFC grant (or more likely, in anticipation of it), and I don't think it will then look back. You can see the stock being accumulated in recent times, and it also has large institutional interest.

Troajan - I think ECR has a decent run ahead of it, as its still about 8 weeks away from its big drill, but has stirred into life already. I think it will fill the gap at 0.5p to 0.6p. Then make a further move up from there into the drill. Nothing but positive newsflow expected during this period.

BTW - how does one search for this board and save it onto the watchlist. The only way I can find it, is by using the link that KR provided. GLA
