A much better interview from AJ that. He did well in maintaining the interest around Lolworth and building up the excitement for Hurricane as well. Lots of on the ground work to come in August, followed by drilling in September. Time to keep accumulating these and getting what you can at these levels imo.

A great battle this at 10p and so early in the day. A lot of sellers being cleared, and strong buying taking whatever they can at sub 10p, probably realising or fearing a very strong close this pm?

I did have a wry smile and shake of the head reading the RNS. Why restate the resource alongside the raise? To make it go down better? Typical GCAT this, and I just hope its not more smoke and mirrors stuff. A LOT seems to be riding on this Prospectus then? All imo and GLA

Where are they getting all this headroom from? Also, have GCAT lost the dilutive funding they announced at the start of the year, hence requiring this more modest raise? I say this because I recall the previously announced funding was up to £4 million or something, but was subject to the prospectus being issued by June? Because that hasn't happened, have they lost that facility?

I've not been following the company in recent weeks and months (as I've been waiting for this Prospectus) so apologies if that's already been addressed.

Just listened to the podcast. You have to feel for BT. He sounded very sombre and has taken some unfair and extreme criticism of late. As he reminded us, he has a lot of shares in the company and this has hit him financially as well, and he was as desperate for success as anybody else. I also thought the comms on this KSZ drill were fine, so don't know why there have been accusations of radio silence. They didn't ramp, kept it factual and actual and told us as soon as they had reached TD. Can't really complain with that?

The most re-assuring aspect of the interview was to hear that PB will honour the agreement reached at 1p, so we are currently trading at a near 50% discount to the financing price. And the Zim project does sound very exciting, or at least BT's excitement for it sounds very real. Although its not an ideal jurisdiction at all, it does sound like the potential of the project overrides jurisdictional issues. Sounds almost like an existing discovery in some respects, but certainly one with lots of untapped potential. Again, it could be transformational if they drill and find the source of the more surface level mineralisation. With a 4.2km strike length, might even end up with a sizeable resource.

Questions for me are why Zim over Ditau, and why no return to KCB until Q1 of 2024.

We are set up nicely for a strong close to the week. I'm not expecting any strong pullback at these levels, but if we get one, I'll be very happy to have that opportunity to add more in single digits. But equally, I don't want to risk waiting for a pullback that never arrives, so I will add some on the bell, and then consider the rest during the day/into close.

It wouldn't surprise me if tomorrow represents the highest volume day so far.

Can't really predict these things and this is AIM after all, any maybe the only thing that can be said with any certainty is that it won't be dull.

Good post Tray and useful reminder of the IPOs. I agree that market conditions have played a significant part in the decline and will also play a significant part in any reversal. Probably wise for junior companies to conserve what cash they do have right now as well. I will look to add when the time feels right, either in terms of share price or change in market conditions. I agree we will break 10p tomorrow, simply on the basis that it "might" represent the last chance to buy shares in single digits. Blue sky result for tomorrow would be to close around 11.5p, but it all depends on how much of a clamour there is for sub 10p shares tomorrow, which will then feed the frenzy for 10 - 11p shares.

Will be a very interesting to see where we close the week. I'm sure MM will have a shake at some point, but its hard to do that when the share price is still so low and people are very comfortable buying whatever stock is available at these prices. All imo

If KCB and Zimbabwe represent better and clearer chances of making a discovery, then it absolutely makes sense to go for them first, rather than test another emerging hypothesis such as Ditau, which is still receiving external input from Prof M. And I am sure this is what PB, BT and the BOD will want as well. In any case, we will hear BT's rationale.

Forget next week, potentially VERY big day coming up TOMORROW. I think people are viewing this week as the best opportunity to "get in" sub 10p for the upcoming drill. If within the very first week of announcing the drill, the share price has doubled and will likely reach double digits, then where will it end up the remaining 7 weeks or so to spud?

So far, this is behaving exactly like it did in the run up to the first drill, not only with the extent of the rise but also the high volume coming in.

I think we can be fairly confident now that the more conservative estimates of 12p pre spud have been blown away in the first 4 days of the Rig announcement. 15p to 20p looks very much on/likely based on how quickly we have reached 10p, and how long left to spud, with all the newsflow in between, which has only really got going. I mean, only one interview so far and many more to come. All imo and GLA

Mr Robo - I agree, and I do think that KAV have already done that to an extent already with Ditau and KCB. Therefore, the next campaigns at either of these projects will likely be met with renewed optimism and expectation imo. Doesn't mean they might not disappoint, but I certainly think that they with each generate buying from these levels. Just need the next RNS from KAV now.

Sometimes, the best opportunities in these stocks are when they've just taken a hit and landed on the floor, but have the projects, cash and newsflow to then pick themselves up. KAV very much in that category for me, so I've been adding. But each to their own and GLA

Yes, could well reach double figures earlier than expected. Maybe a lot of people have realised that Friday afternoon will likely result in a strong close (and don't want to be out over the weekend), and so we are seeing an earlier push now? But it's certainly a strong and certain move into double figures by the looks of it, even with profit taking and sellers. All imo

BT did what KAV investors were crying out for, he arranged for the B1 conductor to be drilled. It's turned out to be a duster and that's not his fault. He's not the geologist here, and if there is a fault, it has to be the responsibility of the whole team, not the CEO.

Anyway, a sharp bounce incoming here, if or when, KAV announce their next drill and/or completion of the PB financing. I am sure BT isn't going to rock up to the investor event, without any positive forward looking news to announce, and KAV will be doubly determined to get to some positive newsflow after this disappointment.

Therefore, this could be one of the easiest 50% - 100% bounce back opportunities you will get.

TS - why do you even bother engaging with those with rigidly FIXED opposing opinion, which none of you responses ever seem to change? After a while, surely you just agree to disagree, and just move on from banging your head repeatedly against a brick wall?
