It's a case of letting the seller(s) out and once buyers have their floor, I would hope to see a steady rise into the confirmation of the deal by the end of the month. From there, it will be down to the terms of the deal, but you would think that it should signal the start of what should be positive newsflow for CMET for the next 24 months (and beyond), especially if the deal amounts to a free carry for CMET into its stage one production.

They might also announce a new project and throw that into the mix. This was mentioned in one of the earlier interviews. So LOTS of newsflow to look forward to here.

Clearly the company is in a precarious position and the story regarding funding has chopped and changed so much that who knows if any of it is true and what is going on. If it does get relisted, which looks like a big IF, without a credible financing plan, it will be a bloodbath.

I'm hoping these are good levels to buy, because even if Loukos results aren't good, you have the backup of the Anchois appraisal drilling in Q3, which means any fall in the share price from Loukos will be temporary and serve as an opportunity? But tbh, I'm going to stop guessing Char's share price, because so far it has not been moving to anyone's expectations and seems to have a mind/life of its own. GLA for Loukos and beyond!

Yes, BOD are likely to have been in a closed period whilst negotiating the return of Anza ownership. But no restrictions once they announce the deal and that would be an opportune time for them to announce some purchases.

On the topic of buys, some decent buys coming in quietly and under the hood, as we enter the home straight for the Anza deal. We were expecting the 5s last Friday, so hopefully if these buys continue to come in and volume increases, we should be in the 5s this week, and then into the expected period for the RNS to land. There's always some sellers into news. Once cleared, this should rise steadily into the funding deal. But as PFG has said, the details are important. I think once the market sees that CMET is fully funded (which hopefully it will be) and therefore de-risked, it will start to take notice. The newsflow thereafter here should all be really positive, with drilling and offtake announcements etc to come. 5p is very cheap whichever way you look at it. GLA

Thanks KR - yes I did. A beaten down share price, lots of funding and decent looking projects was the key. Now just watching it continue to trend and think it has a lot of upside to come. Looking to add some more as I think it has a very good chance of making a copper discovery from this 4 month drilling programme.

CMET don't need to fund 50%. This was explained in the interview. This deal should give CMET a free carry into production. Sheffield are paying the monies required to get the project to self funding stage. For this they get 50%.

CMET should be fully funded to production, and will also have funds coming in from Sheffield when they up their stake.

Might be worth a trade for some of you into its funding deal at the end of the month.

As at 31 March 2024, Sheffield held cash reserves of approximately $20.4m. They already have a producing mineral sands mine and are clearly on a process of expansion and growth. They are also in the process of doing a similar deal with another mineral sands project in Brazil. I don't think £30 million will be an issue for them at all.

PFG - the timescale for production with the small plant is 2026. Q1 of 2025 is the expected completion date for the DFS.
