RE: Funding situation21 Nov 2024 12:41
Of course the majority of the funding is going to come from a third party and will be non dilutory, but what we need to know is whether any of it will involve dilution. Then there is Bres's own working capital. Even if any dilution is in the region of Β£5 - 10 million - so a tiny % of the overall project funding, that's still a significant sum and is going to have to be done at bargain basement prices again.
So unless you are looking to range trade this and sell at the top of the range, what is the point of putting in large sums now ahead of any such future dilutory event, because you will be back at the bottom of the range with another dilutory event at 4p? We are in a bull market, so having large sums stuck here in a non moving share represents an "opportunity cost" imho esp when there's other better near term opportunities around. Make money on them and come back here after the dilution has been ruled out, or has taken place. But each to their own approach. GLA
