Looking at the chart, it does look like every last drop of supply is being squeezed out in preparation, hopefully, for another big move up. Obviously that will depend on the results, and we also need the market at our back, but so far, so good imho. GLA

Albeit around 6 months old, it does nonetheless show how much of the free float here is in sticky hands. I am surprised, therefore, that this hasn't already made big moves up in the past. But if or when it does ever begin that re-rate, it could be a really sharp move up.

Well, who knows really about timing, but post low ball placing and ahead of what look like they could well be transformational drilling results, seemed like a good a time as any to dip the toe in here. This is AIM (and this is Bres), so anything can and likely will happen, so prepared for all eventualities.

Terry is right to note that gold stocks have pulled back, given the pullback in the price of gold itself. But if the markets continue to settle on more positive tariff developments, this should benefit the gold stocks as well.

Nothing should alter the analysis so far as OMI is concerned. It will continue to stand or fall on its own newsflow, starting with the early newsflow to come out of the commencement of drilling at Pepas North. If you believe in the project and the potential for the results to be positive, then this is a great buying opportunity. The next RNS could land any week now.

The share price is drifting and today's RNS seems like Bres trying to put a plaster on it. It has not worked because I think the market knows that significant news events are still several months away here.

There's no point telling the market that offtake and project-level funding discussions are underway, when you have already told the market, on more than one occasion, that these discussions won't get over the line until after the DFS is concluded. Also, why not confirm if these project funding discussions include the DFC - after all, they have first dibs don't they?

Anyway, no biggie for me, i'll just continue to wait it out and see where and when this downward drift bottoms out.

All seems to be going reasonably well here. Happy with how the share price is doing. We are up since last month, and still sit above the key moving averages. Just need these well results to be positive, and then it really starts to cement the "summer production" plan that HEX has in place. Results should take us towards 18p, and if all is on track with the production plant, then looking at 26p over the summer. Starting to sound like ole Zak Mir there! All imo and dyor

As for conspiracy theory, there was nothing in the update about timescale for the DFS slipping. It was also bit of nothing RNS really, but something was needed to try to arrest the drift and create a bit of liquidity for the placing shares that still need to be flipped.

As for accumulating at these lows, there is plenty of time given that the DFS completion is Q3/Q4, which is a lifetime on AIM given the patience levels of most. But let's see

No, I did not muddy the waters. I anticipated (correctly) that a placing would be needed to get to that point. After the fund raise, I now accept that Bres is "fully funded", but only with the DFC payments. Hopefully, those will come through when the relevant milestones are achieved.

Regarding the DFS, I can only go by what MR has said, which is that binding offtake and funding deals will come after the DFS is completed. In order for the DFS to be completed, the drilling results will need to be fed into it. That is pretty obvious and don't think anyone can take issue with that.

Now if Bres have only just got permission to send the assays to the labs, and are still drilling, it is reasonable to ask when this DFS is going to be completed. I do now think Q3 is looking tight but not impossible depending on how quickly the labs turn the assays around, but think it will now be Q4.

I don't see what is wrong with this assessment and whilst it might not serve your own biases and agenda to believe it, at least come out with your own workings out/counters to explain why it will be done a lot quicker.

This is Bres’s way of communicating a delay, by not fessing up to it and trying to melt it away? Anyone think this DFS will get done before Q4 based on this update? Like seriously?

Sounds good but it does likely also does mean a significant delay to DFS completion? Presumably they will need to wait for assay results as they will be needed to complete the DFS. If they are still drilling then final assay results won’t be dispatched until next month?

Assuming a generous turnaround time of 6-8 weeks, that’s around August for the final results. Which means you are looking at Q3 into Q4 for DFS completion?

It's the size of some of the trades going through. Next RNS here is clearly hotly anticipated as it could act as a launch pad!

Even with all these committees they will not be able to figure out wth has been going for the last few years!

This base has been twice as long in duration as the previous one. If we do breakout of it, hopefully it will lead to a bigger leg up than the previous breakout as well. Certainly has everything going for it, with the potential for a very significant RNS to land in May, against the backdrop of gold heading for 3500 and beyond.

Directors (with the RSU) and institutions all now loaded up as well. Fully cashed up as well.
