Difference is KdNC shares are in very sticky hands. Ganfeng could not get hold of enough to force a cheap sale through without seeing an exponential increase in Kdnc share price a buy of 30k kdnc shares moved the price last week, imagine trying to acquire 75% , or 115 million of them!

Yep, could be at £2.00 a share even before Amapa deal is done and dusted if that occurs.
