There are only a few institutions that deal in small-cap stocks, Premier Miton being one of them, and often an institution will only buy their position through a placing. It’s not often that a fund will buy on the open market and drive the price up – which means that the prices are set mostly by retail investors.
Companies with a market cap of less than £100m seldom attract institutional interest – liquidity is often an issue and funds that want to take large positions can easily end up owning sizeable chunks of the company, if they are able to get what they want at all. This then becomes an issue if they are a seller, because if they follow the rules (not all do) and notify when they move through required notification levels, the market knows they are a seller and often beats them to it. If someone is unwinding 20 per cent of a stock, few people will be rushing to buy until they have sold it right down.
placement shares ceo dumped on us to be washed outt so this share is going nowwheree uuntil march/apr imo maybe , could easily tank on bad news..

compare with aim casino extract below
. The lax regulation and ease of accessing capital attracts many companies to the stock market, but many of these companies are little more than ideas and dreams. There are some key differences between Aim and the main market, which is the London Stock Exchange’s flagship market for more established companies, and these differences are striking.
For example – no trading record is required to list on Aim. That means pretty much anyone with an idea can propose a listing on Aim, and access private investor cash. A company does not need to be profitable, sustainable, or even generating any revenue, which is great for entrepreneurs, but often not so good for investors. Many companies that have failed to attract venture capital then decide to list on Aim – such as appScatter, which listed in September 2017. At the time, Edison forecast it to be making £1.5m in pre-tax profit for FY19. It was suspended in April 2019, and on 12 September, the chief executive was quoted as saying he was looking forward to the readmission of the enlarged group. A few weeks later, the company delisted from Aim. No explanation was given.

i am always open to correction and haaving looked at those trades again you are right the trade at 1p was a mistake and corrected immediately, what amazes me this error was included in the statistics for that day and not adjusted on bar chart.
i have checked igs charts for that day which i believe are superior to bar chart and that so called blip is not featured their charts are live and go as low as a' second' time frame then 1 minnuute all the way up to monthyy time frames.
thats because its a spread bet not directly based on share transactions but broadly mirrors the actual market and spread.
just checked my cfd ac with them which is shares based and does incur dealing costs and 3 feb shows as a doji, indecision candle with open and clse the same,@ 1.20 hhhiigh 1.20 low 1.18 and vol 13m
much more reliable than barchart and individual share trades which are guess work annyway
why do some posters bother to post 67k buy or other ssuch nonsense posts which mean nothing. now thats what id call garbage or drivil iimho

'Online bulletin boards
Bulletin board providers are popular among many private investors – some of whom are incredibly well researched, and some of whom (to put it politely) aren’t. At the lower end of the market, these boards are used to encourage the naïve to buy into a stock. There are many who have multi-IDs who then literally have a conversation with themselves, in an attempt to generate excitement around the stock.
Should anyone post a contrasting opinion – they are called out as a ‘shorter’ or a ‘deramper’ and are the subject of abuse. Worse still, the group encourages everyone to ‘report’ the post in an attempt to have the post automatically deleted. This means that anyone viewing the board will only see one positive narrative because the posts that are automatically deleted are not reviewed by anyone.'

Well 1 month later price hasnt rallied and i could buy back in cheaper at 1.20 than i sold @ 1.25 thus dispelling that other sccaaremongering myth thatt you may have to pay a higher price to hop on board.

for chartists annd anyone bothered to broaden their investing education
ta
intraday - up/down/updown little movemrnt
5 day same comment -EXCEPT FEB 3 @ 3pm- hover over the indecision candle with long tail. it tells aa lot about investor sentiment. price opened and closed at same price 1.19p. in between sellers took price down to strong suppportt at 1p andd buyers took it back up to 1.19. with a spread of 10% thats a cool 10% profit in a short time .10 of those = a 2 baagger. some posters scoff at 10% traders prefering to be lth chasingg that crock of gold at the end of a rainbow.
when did 88e last 2 bagged? 0.60p to 1.2p which answers banal posts saying why would anyone ssell at this price sswhich is cheap? well the answer appears to bge PROOFFESSIONAKL/SOPHISTICATED investors conteent with 10 or even 100% gainss and takong paperr profit off the table.
notice aklso on that indecion caandkle volume waas very low dispelling the myth that increase in volume SHOULD result in increase in price. low volume droove price from 1.19 to 1p and back to 1.19p pretty big swing percentage wise onnn low volume
btw volume wass a measley 759,323. explain that
1 mth chart -- grahphhically illustrates bear trend, not a good one, accelerated bby dryy wellss CR . Froom 1.45p, vvfiboonnacci perceived resistance to fib support 1p retracemennt thhen vontinued bear trend price still beellow T LINE
