I completed an online gorm with HL saying i wanted to transfer them though did clarify via secure message that it was just tge accustem that i wanted to transfer. They were excellent. ii had told me it could take up to 8 weeks but done in 2.

Same here. Recently transferred accustem from ii who did not trade it to HL and was all done within 2 weeks.
