today I had the opportunity to talk to Marc, George, Anne and Cassie (Director of Clinic Marketing) about marketing for an hour today. It was extremely technical as I come from a marketing background myself.
The bottom line is that Cassie has a ton of clue.
They have already activated some measures to increase direct clinic sales. Some things are still in the pipeline. Budgets are used specifically to reach target groups better and more precisely in order to increase sales to the maximum of the investment.
B2B (pharmacies, doctors, partners) and B2C (customers and patients) - more than adequately covered.
With B2S (shareholders) there is currently the difficulty of "high" costs, as news always has to be produced for two markets and PR is paid for both. With the move to the UK and the de-listing in CAN, this will simplify the structure and the money can then be used more efficiently. There is already a detailed plan of what will be done in this area immediately after de-listing and moving to UK.
