I will not sell at this low :

No one knows the fundraise will be premium or discounted, the fund needs talking started from the sp spiked to 70p, if since then it was already in talk with II/interested funders, my thought the fundraise will be much higher than 15p today; if it will be discounted at today's price , what price ? 10p, 12p, 14p, our BOD will be mad to raise at those low price and they know they will completely lose their credits from us, I can not say it is impossible. But one case I am sure, the huge chunk of fundraise will be in stick hands for long long time. And once that is cleared, I really do not think I will be able to have the chance to buy back the cheap shares again.
This share has been manipulated down here in such a short time , it can back up very quickly too.

Yesterday, wednesday night, around 11pm, Bristol Quayside bars/restaurants, 6pm almost all were full, 11pm still almost half full, girls will not go out without makeup, dress up, so are boys, and we all need good food, protein, a trustworthy company/website to buy.

Yesterday were many angry/disappointed PIs heavily sold down, at least today we all are cooling down a bit and think about our true value.

You are right to get out so you don't feel this pain. I believe in our pipelines, knowingly a fundraise needed, never dream our BOD could handled this badly.
I remember you said once, invest in DDDD = invest in a pharma funds. Hope you didn't change that view.

The same here, I will not sell now, well honestly loss too much to sell now. There is nothing worse we dont know for AGM to trash sp lower, if there is a clear fund option, sp will respond, I keep telling myself, if I sell now, I may never have a chance to buy back this low. 14p is just unbelievable.

What was his point/plan to arrange that meeting. No CEO would do that

I think any fundraise lower than 20p, especially if Duncan takes huge chunk again, he should be investigated. The company has been radio slience for long time and the crap presentation (he knows it will kill the sp ), it is 100% showing the well designed plan to trash the sp , FFS

Any worse news can they yet to tell us on AGM? Can only hope they are planning/holding some good news to boost the sp, for the sack of a decent fundraise.

I think the big fundraise already in talking with big II ( or some buyers ) with a premium whichever date they are going to announce ( I can dream). I still believe, when the fund is clear, everyone will only focus on the science , we will shooting back up.

A true event ( I know the companies):
Company A and B
A wants to buy 50% B with 50% cash + 50% shares, B says A's shares on the market is too high, B will accept the deal if A share price can be much lower says 50% down, and it did, A shares down 60% in 5 months , and the deal is done. After the merger is done, A share shooting back up

I began to wonder, did he make any deal with anyone to help them to get some cheap shares? I just cannot get my head around for a better reason.
