No idea of the density or anything else but a metre cubed is around 1.2 tons of soil.so take your pick. As for depth a presumption is all that would be done is widen the access as in artisanal gold mining with safety added. So it's rely on the RNS info., ? At some point the yellow will be in use again I should imagine asap., I may be wrong .,
There is no problem with SPA s comments, a site visit is usually carried out at the request of serious investors. Still a waiting game.
Finally bought in, acquired 30000 @ 12.9p on the basis of decent production news and first sales being announced even if at a discount to the norm. If timing is right then the sp should move forward the closer we come to incom news and the potential gets around the mkt.
tittle-tattle it ain't tittletattle . Nor is tit for tat No weekend RNS lol ATB Still a steady stream of buyers appearing, I was wrong in thinking the sp would fall to 22p short term no decent trading raid margin to be made so sit and hold is my view.
I have not read the IPO document I will do so. The REE content is extraordinary high at 57% average another reason why the sp should be much higher. RNS of 5th June mentions the labour force stripping etc I incorrectly assumed they were using yellow to do so. not pick and shovel, that's living in the Western world for you.
If you research you will find as of the 3rd Oct., the gov., advised the fuel shortage situation will be addressed in the next few days it has been saying that for the last six months despite public outcry. The problem is gov.no dollars to pay for fuel. There is also mention fuel shortages for industry etc., The adverse fuel supply situation is mentioned in the RNS Plus if the RNS is read it can be seen that the amount of rom is in line with the capability of pick an shovel to move individually a hard 20 sq metres a day not a mining sized yellow back hoe let alone two. If the yellow were working on full song they would not need such a sizeable manual labour force which was not included in the y e staff employment numbers which gives way to the presumption such employment numbers are not expected to stay that high as fuel problem is solved Numerous other factors point to the fuel shortage situation. The company does not want to stand so it has done the best it can to move forward- No one from the company is available for comment so far. News due before y e should show more information No problem if there is disagreement.
If this companies operations were not based in a country where their is no political of business security then the sp would be closing towards 30p - as those factors are taken into account the sp does not look very happy as it has fallen a little. In the broadcast no mention was made of the 100+ labour force digging out the product by hand and stockpiling it using wheel barrows despite a couple of 'yellow h d back hoes' apparently not yet in use due fuel supply difficulties. I disagree the investment is paying off for the moment although I think the company is doing everything it can to ease its way into a reliable smooth operation but wheel barrows is archaic in the 21st century. When sales cash is banked and transferred out of Burundi then the sp should move. As has been said what to do investment wise?
I think we will see production before year end based on all the available information.
Previous posts by VX stated on many occasions he distrusts the BOD GK in particular, he continually reiterated that all the resource statements by the company were totally fictitious etc We now have IIs invested, site visits and an ongoing programme not of discovery rather of confirmation of known resources as indicated in the old Russian resource findings.
The risk assessment is right at the end of the RNS and it is rated as high also the discount is very high 70% but expected to get less as new contracts are negotiated There is no JORC compliance information Work force digging by hand as fuel insufficient fuel to run basic equipment. Paid in dollars but all money has to be repatriated to Burundi as the country is running on negative income let alone empty. Business activity and political instability are rated as very high-not by the company but by outside agencies .The company has full aid sanctions so no food fuel oil etc., is allowed into the country Difficult or what.
