Ryan, If you place a high 'sell' order in for 30 days at say 500p, they won't be able to loan those shares out. Some don't allow you to put the order in that high, so there's a danger you could get caught out if the sp jumps suddenly.

BBH - I disagree, I don't think it's his style to rip anyone off. If this was inherent in his nature, he wouldn't have done all the things with staff, charity etc. If there's another way to do this, I think he'll do it - like splitting and re-listing. We've all been obsessed with the idea of him taking this private but I think the recent talk on Linkedin and Kelso stating they could be used as a vehicle for a reverse takeover, adds another, possible, more plausible option? This would be 'win win', because with all the chat of taking this private, there were 2 emotions 1. relief - people would get their money back and 2.regret most felt cheated that they wouldn't be allowed to continue the ride. Anyway, exciting times as it definitely feels like the tide has turned and things aren't quite the same.

Really interesting post. Whilst he can't help but have a slight moan, he has, I think, made it clear he might well consider some form of de-listing because the LSE is a cesspit?

If MM did want to go down the route of de-listing
and re-listing as 3 new companies:
How long would it take?
How much would it cost?
How would it work, would it be like 3 different IPO’s?
Who would give up shares to create the market or would new ones be issued?
