This is the main thing that concerns me. MM is obviously not a stupid man. Firstly he's a qualified accountant (not an easy qualification), secondly, he's built up a global company (not only had the idea but the finance / investment to make it happen). Is he trying to be a maverick / Musk? Not sure the FTSE has the liquidity to support a maverick?
Lots of chat on here saying he wants to pick the company up on the cheap. Couple of things would have to be explained (2 offers rejected without consulting shareholders way above £1.70) so I can't see that happening for this reason plus he's also got his charities, friends & staff where they hold stock well above this price.
I'm not a ramper (although I get excited at times) and I'm not a de-ramper (although I get frustrated at times). January's RNS was a major disappointment (and subsequent 30% drop in sp) and totally unnecessary when he's issued what was required, today (only to do a linkedin which basically says F YOU to everyone and undoes everything. " I didn't want to get rid of him but you want him gone", but he's still really here advising me, plus I still hate the FTSE. My God is this the action of someone who wants the sp to improve? I just don't know anymore?
I know we all have our choices, but May last year I was ready to sell all my shares here and go into Invidia - talk about sliding doors! How patient do we have to be?
