Annual Report 2014
I can confirm that it certainly looks as if he did indeed use the 7 times table for that equation....
Bob, I've always let it known, my strategy. It's LTH for me, with a bit of trading in between the peaks and to also have a bit of fun in between. I've no real concerns with my holdings in RMS. I will wait patiently and whilst waiting have some fun.....
We don't actually care Herbie, this will all come good in the end and if it doen't then we will all live & die by our actions! Give up on your relentless barrage of negative crap! Me & the floating Dr are in the hot tub watching reruns of Herbie goes Bananas... He's serving me some Ginery in the Orchards Orangery and I must admit, it's actually quite palatable. Yes, of course Dr, pass the bloody Olives!
Tullow will continue the upward trend in my opinion. Haven't even needed to worry about TLW since one of my good friends suggested I buy a few. It wasn't even on my Radar at the time in early 2020, even though I was working in Ghana for Modec a couple of years back. So thanks to him!
I think the Buy/Sell price is so similar that it's hard to tell. Anyway, I'll continue to top up. No brainer really!
Great to see the board leading by example....

Board and Management Participation in Fundraising
BPC, the Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company, with production, appraisal, development and onshore and offshore exploration assets across the region, is pleased to advise of indicated participation of the Board and executive management in the current Open Offer.
Highlight:
· The Chairman, CEO designate, current CEO, all continuing and retiring members of the Board and key members of the Company's executive management have all confirmed intended participation in the current Open Offer, representing an aggregate participation for approximately 85 million shares
Eytan Uliel, BPC CEO Designate said:
"I am pleased to confirm that in addition to my own contribution, all continuing and retiring directors, as well as key members of the Company's executive management team, have indicated a meaningful contribution to the current fundraising. I am grateful for this vote of support in me as I assume the role as CEO, as well as the strong confirmation it represents of the collective team's commitment to the task at hand, and our firmly held belief that the assets will deliver in the way we intend."
Confirmation of Intended Participation in Fundraising
On 23 April 2021, BPC, the Company announced an Open Offer to all shareholders, on a 1:2.46 basis, of up to £6.9 million in aggregate, at a price of 0.35 pence per share. Any shareholders who take up all of their Open Offer Entitlement are able to apply for an excess allocation under the Open Offer, and the Company intends to place with institutional investors any Open Offer Shares not subscribed for (collectively, the "Fundraising").
Mr. Eytan Uliel, who will assume the role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective 27 May 2021, and who will become a director of the Company on completion of customary due diligence and on-boarding processes, currently holds approximately 59.1 million shares in the Company. Mr. Uliel's entitlement under the Open Offer is thus for approximately 24 million Open Offer Shares. Mr. Uliel has indicated that he intends to exercise his entitlement to subscribe for 24 million shares in the Open Offer, as well as subscribe for an additional 10 million shares in the Fundraising.
Mr. Simon Potter, who will cease in the role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective 27 May 2021, and who will become a non-executive director of the Company thereafter, currently holds approximately 81.2 million shares in the Company. Mr. Potter's entitlement under the Open Offer is thus for approximately 33 million Open Offer Shares. Mr. Potter has indicated he intends to exercise his entitlement to subscribe for 33 million shares in the Open Offer.
The Company's continuing and retiring non-executive directors have each indicated they intend to subscribe for shares in the Open Offer, with Mr. Bill Schrader, the Company Chairman intending to subscribe for his f
Jarv et All, If you can remember back, then you will remember the reason the machine was procured in the first place. Gareth wanted it in Situ so that he could use it to experiment on different designs & applications. From my understanding It was purchased to not only produce masks, but was also intended for research purposes. I believe it is our very own PI's that twisted everything. It was always the intension of the Team to outsource manufacturing elsewhere. This is a very important point, which seems to have either been forgotten or perhaps neglected in memory, or perhaps the current Bod have thought it best just to let it lie and let the runt run with their own ideas, consumed within their own interpretations, in the hope that they will eventually hit a cliff edge and continue onwards & downwards into their own great glory of mud & puss puddles. whilst at the same time allowing LTHs to prosper. Well, that's my opinion anyway, I'd suggest to anyone to perform your own research. The acronym is TPYOR. Sometimes important things get missed over time..... I'm still invested & still content to wait for Gareth & the team to deliver!
YNH, there are a lot of SC haters on here. I've never had an issue. Always found his points of view well balanced and informative. I don't need to post every day but I'm still here invested & comfortable because I think all will come good. I took the options and have also topped up. Do as you wish & trust in the decisions that you make.
It's been load up for me too... Nothing to see here barr a blip.
There is no comparison between Sirius Minerals & RMS. You must be clutching at too many straws, you idiot savant!
A lot of individiuals have been speaking of imminent news for months now, as if expecting a monumental rise, possibly for selfish reasons to multibag. I do believe the news will come eventually but no one knows when, so if you are a newbie then it may be a possible good entry point and I do believe that this will turn in a blink of an eye, however I also believe that the blink may occur further into the future, rather than now..... I'll be waiting for that blink....
Earl, You forgot to mention, Butchers, Bakers & Candle stick Makers !!! What's wrong with you???
I agree sadoldgentleman,Nowt worse than Piles, apart from sad irritating gits with Piles continuously deramping.... Sit (But not when you have the piles), be patient and wait for it all to come good, which it will....
Could you explain it in seconds & minutes please? What if I only used it for 30 seconds when I nipped into see the wife, what would happen then??? Enjoy your weekend guys....
Go for it, I dare you!
Looking good, so final results in June! Not long now. This will be a big one....
What happened? Need to read the RNS, don't I.... Lucky Vela news is it?
In my opinion, I would try and buy on dips and average down if you can, because as I've mentioned previously, this share catapults itself northwards with little to no news... However it's not to say that it will do this all the time. I bought into RMS because I liked what Gareth was about and so have invested mainly because of him.... That was my choice and one that I am comfortable with to be a long term hold. I can't wait to see what he comes up with next....
