Just to let you know........for every sell there isn't a buy.
This is a market maker stock.
There is a 'packet' size for every stock.....and a market maker must buy this stock when offered.
That's why you sometimes see sharp movement in after hours trading as the mm balances their book for the day.
It's also why you see a quick reduction in price when a lot of selling happens.......price drops are designed to prevent selling.
The value of unsold concentrate is 3.5 million.........hmmm
Why haven't you sold it?
Cash lasts until end 1Q 24...
Unsold concentrate is 'hovered' as don't worry because we have this...
Well, tell me more.....convince me.....make me feel ...safe...
This is the end, beautiful friends, the end.
I last posted these words at the demise of Sirius Minerals.
I always knew that Sirius would fail but it was worth trading to the end.
Remember those sales that they posted that were worth nothing.
And how their value was so fiercely defended.
I saw rambler as the opposite to Sirius as they were mining and selling product. I did think they would succeed.......oh well..
Blue square....sadly I think you are right.
White man put up a good arguement...are you able to deconstruct his view ?
There are many types of stakeholders in a company.....
Shareholders are one of these.
Seems to me that the only thing worth speculating about, now,is how much the successful bidder is paying.....
And more importantly what is the level of payment above which there could be a payment to shareholders...
Er, no Scuba.....a dividend isn't a payment just from profits.....
If a company had a pile of cash it could pay a dividend to shareholder's if the board wished...
So for example if EUA sold a subsidiary or two and had a lot of cash it could pay a divi to shareholders....
Hmmmm....where have I heard that before...
Hi Seamus.....my point was that some companies are able to borrow to pay dividends and some are not..
Seamus....I have to disagree with you..
Many water companies borrow money to pay dividends......they do it because they can....they have almost guaranteed revenues (because no one's giving up water) ,so banks will happily lend to them...
I don't think that applies to EUA...
Your analogy is too simple , I'm aftaid
There is 'Low Visibility' of a buyer......what more do you need to know?
Well said Leah....the RIG group was never going to benefit shareholders..
According to RIG group, they were not able to show proof of funds due to it being ramadan and therefore they have not progressed....
They seem to say that 9 other bids have progressed......but who knows..
There
Santhi......to use your words...if no sensible bid is made then RIG group steals the mine...
... I'm surprised that no comment has been made ,on this site, regarding the RIG group bid.
I'm sure they would like to acquire it for as little as possible.
And then nothing for shareholders and they own the asset..
You've given them your vote...
Feels fishy to me
....very important to vote against..
If you do nothing the default to vote for ,will apply...
Do you think the SNP has been running RMM ?
......or $72m.......
....So £49m of debts plus £9m of mcap =£58m.....
Minimum price...
Does anyone have a view as to why transamine is not paying?
RMM and Grant Thornton are applying to the court regarding this non payment and other SISP matters.
I don't think it's quite the end yet, but clearly an operational mine is worth more than a closed mine.
Is it worth £9m more than it's debts?
