The other usual thing was all the delayed buying over the last 10 days often showed after hours ,and those purchases were at 2.2p+ ( well above the placing)

I asked about the use of the word, they say they cannot give numbers as there us a non disclosure (?) But the word was used to depict the size and scope compared to previous revenues . They said they may be able to say more in the annual report when they discuss the current financial year.

They said Bicycle are a very good client and expect this to grow

If,and a big if ,

There is a better funding proposal ( the quickly terminated strategic review sale of assets ) and the placing is cancelled ÒR there is a buyer of the assets (someone mentioned Avacta ) then it would scupper their day light robbery

Interesting it is ONLY the failed IPO BOD who are supporting this ( not to be surprised with these failed BODs) the IIs have clearly not supported . there has been someone buying the last 2 weeks in grey tradès

Irrevocable Undertakings

The Company has received irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the Resolutions from David Bunka, Arron Tolley and Stephen Hull in respect of in aggregate 29,754,800 Ordinary Shares representing 43.07 per cent. of the issued share capital.

 

They've already proved they can themselves better

The aggregate of directors' ordinary remuneration will reduce from approximately £0.81 million (unaudited) for the year ended 30 June 2023 to approximately £0.43 million for the current financial year.

Share Options

The Company intends to put in place new share option schemes and to award share options to retain and incentivise the Directors and employees. The number of share options granted will be up to 25 per cent. of the issued share capital as enlarged by the Fundraise. These options will vest subject to stretching performance targets as follows:

(a) 16 per cent. on announcement of FY24 audited results in line with expectations and the share price having remained at or above 4 times the Issue Price for at least 3 months;

(b) 24 per cent. on announcement of FY25 audited results in line with expectations and the share price having remained at or above 7 times the Issue Price for at least 3 months;

(c) 40 per cent. on announcement of FY26 audited results in line with expectations and the share price having remained at or above 10 times the Issue Price for at least 3 months;

(d) 10 per cent. on announcement of FY26 audited results in line with expectations and the share price having remained at or above 30 times the Issue Price for at least 3 months; and

They mentioned ITS and AMTE as the precursor ro APTA where againt the odds the company was saved from going bust and the MMs were short

On Telegram they're saying at least 5 people on twitter have taken the placing and they suspect at least 2 may have forward sold . Obviously Telegram csn be like the wild West from my experience

But if APTA have news on contracts they have to release it , and over the next w weeks there is still only 10% of the 69mln shares available as the rest are owned by the directors and funds

I am on a Telegram group and they are suggesting g that some placees may have forward sold and obviously this would be a problem should the AGM not go smoothly

Also they said some people on twitter have been very optimistic about APTA so I am hoping that the placing is

A) mainly with the directors and fund

B) news can come at any point

C) if people have forward sold their placing (I'm not really sure what this means?) Then Telegram are suggesting suggesting this could lead to a rise in share price

Why would their assets be siezed ?

The way I see it is that despite the disaster of last 12mths at least APTA is saved from going bust and without throwing good money after bad maybe averaging down can help you ?
