PYC up 50% already today at 1.25p, which isn't a surprise when you factor in that the company has a very well connected CEO who joined as COO 18 months ago.

1. Prior to joining PYC Peter Sargent held a senior management role at global consultancy business Syneos Health Inc (NASDAQ: SYNH), leading large teams of professionals and servicing a variety of clients in the biopharmaceuticals space.

2. Among his earlier roles, Dr Sargent has also been Head of Business Development for the UK's National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), leading a team supporting global life science businesses access to funding and research infrastructure in the UK.

His contacts in the sector will prove invaluable in unlocking bigger and bigger deals for PYC. The Astellas Pharma (Top 50 global pharma company) peer review will also be helping in attracting the attention of R&D chiefs at major pharma companies. PYC at 1p / 2 Million mcap is a bargain. I have 8p a share as my 2025 target and with new ceo Peter Sargent at the helm much higher over the next couple of years too.
