First contract, for the delivery of General Practice out-of-Hours ("GPOOH") services in the North East of England, has been awarded following a formal retender of existing business. Totally has been providing GPOOH in the region for more than 20 years. The service will commence on the 1 June 2025 for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further 20 months. The contract value per annum is c.£4 million, totalling c. £26 million over the full term of the contract (including the option extension period).

FY25 forecast and therefore remains confident of delivering FY25 performance in line with expectations of £85 million revenue and £3.5 million EBITDA. All other parts of the business are performing well and CQC ratings remain GOOD.

Look at their website, they have a diversified business model:

Urgent Treatment centres, NHS 111, Physio, Dermatology, Company Wellbeing services, Elective Care (Outsourcing and insourcing).

Basically they provide services which cover virtually everything the UK govn needs.

The UK has 4 separate national NHS bodies, for each nation. Each national NHS body operate differently under their own national administration. Anyone who suggests it's One NHS is talking rubbish.

Aside from the NHS, they also provide services in Republic of Ireland. They also provide services to HMP etc

So, yes they could be a takeover target. I think they will do much better without any bid interest.

The government is due to publish it's NHS plans. The govn is making more use of private providers, which I believe will lead to more contracts for TLY.

At the last RNS they had 5% of 1.7bln shares, so about 80mln

Today's volume has certainly cleared most /all

I've bought here and TLY with WG profits

This still suggests they DO NOT need to raise

The Company has also been closely managing its cash position and it expects the balance at the end of FY25 will exceed c.$1 million, and has invoice discounting facilities of $3m and £2m, which are expected to be largely unutilised.
