Personally, I'm wondering if a few insiders have caught wind that the Amazon deal might fall through - hence the painful fall in the SP over this week.

Many expecting sales of physical newspapers (and possibly magazines) to suddenly fall off a cliff and therefore newspaper publishers cease to exist. If that were the case then those revenue guarantees could become worthless.

That's the risk we take.

SNWS a big holding for me and I don't read newspapers on-line so I'm biased.

But isn't SAGA effectively just a broker now (not an underwriter)? In which case they make something on every policy sold and don't have to worry about claims.
