George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.

Thought 147 was a maximum snooker break?
Fantastic news for ‘s’ but is it the demise of ‘l’?
Mace - in AFC speak early 2022 is anytime before June 29. Like second half 2021 is any time up to December 31, when a statement on what has happened and what has not happened will be necessary!
Can we organise a meeting between haggis and JGBB. All we need is a set if ropes to make a ,16 or 20 ft square ring and some big gloves, though bare knuckle might be more fun to watch?
It’s not about Orders or no orders. It’s about whether any news is price sensitive, and if it’s binding or an MOU. 30 days is irrelevant to price sensitive news, but is relevant to results statements, regardless of price sensitivity. How does a PDMR know if future news, even a few days away, is going to become real news or remain hoped for news?
Look up web site for ‘shifting shares’. Could be a purchase but depends on buy side uncrossed and what he does Monday morning. Does show higher than usual liquidity with more buy and sell orders outstanding at 4.30pm, or could be someone taking a big punt on Monday morning RNS, if any. Identity of buyers and sellers to cross remains opaque.
DW - An uncrossed trade is not a buy!
If anyone out there is getting younger, let me know the elixir you are taking. It’s not Whisky or Vino.
Not Goldfinger - Oddjob - my favourite villain of Bond.
Afe - isn’t this back to front with 4.2m BUYS, and does that change your views?
The inventing is smart , but with a very high proportion of the manufacturing package being straightforward, and primarily assembly rather than actually making anything, they should look to low cost alternatives for that assembly, unless the UK government outbids competitors in manufacturing assistance, which seems unlikely. My bet would be with ABB in Estonia.
I’d like to do my bit by travelling by train rather than plane, and normally do not mind the extra time it can take, but the price differential is horrendous. Tried pricing a trip to near Toulouse for mid December, but by train lowest cost is £370, and by plane is £90., and I can do one less overnight stay by plane. And I get a elderly citizen discount on trains but not planes! Can’t win really when trains are so uncompetitive, so let’s hope airlines can find an electric or biofuels clean fuel. I doubt furle cells and larger passenger planes are compatible.
The 911 will likely run on biofuel rather than hydrogen, but rest of their range will go electric. It’s a heritage thing for Porsche (for which read VW).
On the first Monday of October the SP fell 7p to 45p. On the first Monday of November, so far, the SP. is up 4p to c64p. A rise of 42%, essentially without new news. Maybe we don’t need new news - a steady upward trend beats a leap on an RNS which would be likely to attract profit takers.
He has secured several infusions of cash through placings at increasing share prices, so that fund raising is no longer a pressing priority. If he can show he can spend it wisely and successfully he’ll be a hero. Time will tell. 67 days to the end of Q4.
Tough to tell if he’s Nathan Lyon or Merv Hughes but both were successful in the own way, just Merv had more hair. We have our eggs in an Australian basket and in the last couple of years he’s generally been heading in the right direction, albeit two steps forward and one backwards every now and again. Let’s keep backing him until and if he shows he’s got something serious wrong?
Encouraging that board members are severally buying shares, but means there is no imminent price sensitive news about to be announced.
Even Seance's prediction is a 140% increase in three months. a £billion market cap in that timescale is implausible.
Measuring the share price by the length of a dog walk makes no sense!
