Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
Gogs, correct me if I'm wrong but didn't you say last week that if there is no RNS by Friday your selling up.
As the RNS on Friday was just issued before the markets opened, I guess you didn't sell in the end?.
Fingers crossed for better news next week hopefully this is a(nother) wake up call to the board to get this dam rig signed soon as time is running out.
Let's not beat about the Bush, there are a lot of very unhappy shareholders out there right now including myself, and to go with this, a very embarrassed management board.
News cannot come soon enough.
Totally agree, it's a no brainer using the same company and as you say it will benefit both sides.
Hopefully when the dust has settled, LB will be on the phone booking the Marriatt rig followed by a positive RNS.
If you've been shafted by someone, it will be very hard to build that trust back.
But having said that we don't fully know how the news was relayed to He1 and in what context, also, in Nobles announcement the offer seems genuine and is there for the taking.
Remember you don't have (m)any mates when it comes to buisness.
@ Swissydog
The simple answer is ASAP. I wouldn't trust SOFORI, Noble haven't, and if He1 drag it on any longer He1 will be digging a deeper hole than they already have..
I would hopefully say next week, to restore a little confidence
We need a rig signed.
No pressure then for the board.
Annual results probably November/ December, that will be interesting especially if we haven't drilled by then.
After so many rig diapontments since He1 was addmited to aim on the 4th Dec 2020 other Helium company's have progressed and doing well. Noble I'm sure will be one of them.
We now need to change the company's name, simply add a 3 after the 1 making the new name He13 .
The company need to be proactive leaders and not followers in this sought after Helium market.
Hopefully a positive RNS next week.
Rant over
@ deep100
Enjoy your holiday and forget about He1.
Once again He1 forced into issuing a Friday RNS @ 07.30hrs.
Not happy.
@iamrich
You say " who put that idiot Lorna in charge" I would go one further and with hensight say, she's not an idiot we probably are.
Lorna is I.Stalkers apprentice , being guided at each step but unfortunately she tripped up on a step she didn't see coming.
Sorry, I should have gone on to say, Justyin Wood of Noble has over £1m invested out of his own pocket in NHE.
Ian Stalker it's now your turn to show even more commitment in something you say you believe in.
Now is the time for Ian Stalker to show he is fully committed by putting his hand in his pockets just like Justyn Wood to buy a sizable amount in He1.
This will in turn restore some credibility and trust in the He1 board.
@ Undivided
Spot on and well noticed.
Wound it is, wounded we are.
@ skittish
Nice one.
Please send that image to Lourna with Marriott's phone number.
The difference is Noble have an office where the plannig is implemented, I assume He1 work via online with IS based in Canada, LB in UK and not sure where Mike Williams is, probably in Tenerife as we speak.
@thetriplestar
Well said, I feel the same, and to rub more salt into the womb, Noble have a contract with a UK drilling company.
Rambo23
Apologies, I started that chat, got distracted, carried on and completed it unaware of Nobles and then He1 RNS.
Embarrassing for myself and now for He1, I probably came out the better party except for today's paper loss though.
HE1 seem to complacent, this being another wake up call for HE1, been out shone by Noble on this occasion.
Regards
Sounds like He1 have been content with the overall situation whilst Noble worked on a plan B and have now acted upon it.
He1 you can do better than this.
Let me tell you what I think might be going on.
To us all,l it seems we are just going backwards with no rig signed yet, the share price moving lower, all due to this lack of news.
But
I think there is something bigger going on here, due to the defending silence not just from He1 but now Noble is that(and this is just a gut feeling), a company or individual with deep pockets might be interested in making a cash offer due to the potentially massive Helium resources on offer.
Ok we said in the past, we need a discovery first before anyone will be interested, but this could be a unique time for a company to move and step in.
He1 don't seem bothered about the current share price drifting with no news to protect it, but if something potentially this is comes off , the sp could be a multiple of todays share price on offer and as the company have said on a few occasions previously our shareholders are important and dilution is toxic to shareholders.
We could all be eating humble pie with what we've all said about the company recently if anything like this comes off, if it does the first step would be a temporary suspension of all the shares trading with a succession of announcements with what's on the table.
As I said this is just my take on where we currently are, and only time will tell, all should be revealed in the next RNS we are have all waiting for.
This could be massive for all holders .
IMHO /DYOR
GLA.
Hopefully ith today's higher volume could be the final tree shake before news.
Phew, let's just focus on He1 as this is the He1 board.
