3) Woodford/Investco/Link selling Tr1
4) Covenant breach talks in progress
5) Company quids in has $20M loan, has cash $9.5m
6) Previously seen as attractive TO target at 7p, reason for SP at 1p is Woodford holding-now done!
7) In fact Company products in hugh demand, problem has been can’t produce fast enough!

Gf you’ve done your research you should know the licence never belonged to the General/Cavaco company. They illegally conned the authorities in MoZ to transfer the licence in their company name, which unfortunately is also named Pathfinder...by the time PFP realises it was done, and have been in courts since to get this recognised and overturned!

Key issue but a good issue to have is their inability to manufacture fast enough being the root cause of their present financial problems but this is in hand.
This however means competitors maybe making plans for a bid one would assume...opportunity at knock down prices!

With the hard work already in place to make this company profitable soon...surely this is a very appealing proposition for any competitor!

A quick resolution to the one performance covenant issue should do the trick here..that’s if they can secure this before a bid?

Can’t understand why someone is selling at these rock bottom prices....Mr Mighty and especially Keith Saddler need to wake up and start building shareholder value here. Shareholders have suffered enough here over the last 3yrs

Overall 2x more sells showing on NEX today...let’s hope next brings some rest bite to this slow drips of sells. Truly remarkable how in recent weeks this share has been walked down to such levels! Would’ve sweared on these to never hit these levels again....BoD need to show some action!
