Skygem has been a shareholder in Allergy Therapeutics since 2019, having made regular acquisitions of Allergy Therapeutics Shares and supporting Allergy Therapeutics' fundraising in October 2022, such that Skygem now is interested in shares representing approximately 25.58 percent of Allergy Therapeutics' issued voting rights. Throughout its tenure as a shareholder, Skygem has, and still holds the belief that Allergy Therapeutics has the potential to become one of the most prominent allergy immunotherapy companies globally, and accordingly, has sought to be supportive towards management in the strategic ambitions of Allergy Therapeutics, including advancing Allergy Therapeutics' products into the US market.

Among its nine posters being presented, Allergy Therapeutics will share:

-- Further clinical and preclinical studies on biomarker strategies, patient responses and the mechanism of action of allergy immunotherapies. Part of the data is derived from the positive G309 exploratory field study which evaluated the efficacy and safety of Grass MATA MPL, the Group's short-course subcutaneous allergen-specific immunotherapy (SCIT) candidate to address the cause of symptoms of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis due to grass pollen. Treatment for Alzheimer’s is "one of the biggest unmet clinical areas of our time". Hugh market worldwide. They now need to appoint a strong Chairman and FD to control funds properly so that this scenario doesn’t repeat itself.

The co-owners are scientists and is appears they have little knowledge on the finance side, clearly not their strengths as we’ve seen since the IPO. Should move aside and focus on the science and let FD / Chairman focus on finance matters.

Apta already have the patent for their technology, big opportunities await hopefully they will grasp it!

Bill Gates backs $30 million push for early Alzheimer's diagnostics

CHICAGO (Reuters) - Billionaire Bill Gates and Estée Lauder Cos chairman emeritus Leonard Lauder on Tuesday said they will award $30 million over three years to encourage development of new tests for early detection of Alzheimer’s disease.

Aptamer Group PLC (AIM:APTA) shares surged over 200% higher in morning trade after the firm and Neuro-Bio, an Oxford-based biotech, announced a breakthrough in the development of a lateral flow test that enables early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.

Aptamer Group said it has successfully developed a panel of Optimer binders to a novel Alzheimer's disease biomarker. The Optimer binders have been patented by Neuro-Bio, following the demonstration of performance in specifically binding to the target biomarker and functionality in a nasal mucous matrix.

Further integration of the binders into a routine lateral flow test will support the clinical and commercial development of rapid diagnostics for Alzheimer's disease via simple nasal sampling, with the potential to diagnose the disease as early as 10-20 years before symptoms emerge.

In a statement, Dr Rob Quinn, interim CEO of Aptamer Group, commented: "With an increasingly aging population and no current tests available for early-stage diagnosis, the advancement of new biomarkers and diagnostics in this field offers hope to the millions of patients and their loved ones worldwide."

Neuro-Bio, led by renowned neuroscientist Baroness Susan Greenfield, is currently validating the novel biomarker, known as peptide 'T14.' Baroness Greenfield praised the collaboration as "potentially game-changing technology" and emphasized the significance of UK ingenuity and teamwork in driving highly innovative and disruptive science.

Yep they’ve already delivered on 3rd March Ultra Prime Cells so are making good progress, they are one of the only few manufacturers of battery cells…

Opportunity to buy now at 14p…monumental news yesterday hitting 30p. Funding RNS dampened the rise but this will rise again as the RNS was a game changer…
