This is now the new bottom, tested several times now. Next news should be prospectus as per RNS few weeks ago which should see this re-rate significantly GLA

BoD now need to start communicating better and to start with clarify current position with the major shareholder. SP has been smashed already…now is the time to get grip!

There is a huge and global market for their products once through approved, phase 3 well underway and so it’s very promising see June RNS. So we are closer than ever before, the doombusters are out in force all week but they do not understand the significant value here.

Not to do with BoD strong point, desperate times now so no news is very worrying. Let’s hope your optimism comes off.

At the last RNS BoD did expand to say they will use the funds to complete the Prospectus. So this is closer than ever to this news..

The funds under this sixth tranche will be used to meet Iconic's obligations under the CVA, for operational purposes, and preparation of an FCA approved prospectus which will enable Iconic to issue further Ordinary Shares pursuant to its obligations to unsecured creditors under the CVA, EHGSOF under the Facility, various parties under the settlement deeds, and management for outstanding fees.

Why would someone blatantly deramp to say news Aug/Sept, no one knows lol

Extended and is ‘contemplated’ with historical settlement. Shorters in BIG trouble!!

As part of the extension agreement the Company has agreed with Mercuria to extend their long-term equity option in the Company, first announced on 16 May 2022, to 30 December 2024. As previously stated the repayment is contemplated as being from the recovery of the historic settlement.

Strange drop when II is buying??

This looks like going down to 5p which is what market is expecting placing at…unless BoD issue RNS and confirm alternative funding.
