Reading thru 4th July RNS - extract below, could it be these large Pharma’s with whom they were also inferring to possible licensing deals??

Looking ahead, the pipeline for fee-for-service revenues for the year to June 2024 ("FY24") currently stands at approximately GBP2.2 million across 30 discrete fee-for-service projects (after risk-adjustment for anticipated commercial and scientific attrition). Note that this figure only includes opportunities for which the Group has current visibility and further opportunities over the course of FY24 are expected to increase this figure. In addition, this figure does not include licensing opportunities which could make a meaningful upside contribution to revenue .

Let’s hope you’re right, certainly the ‘Alzheimer’s breakthrough’ is massive and a monumental market so just can’t believe they’ve not sorted the funding yet and leaving it this late!

It could may well be they’re wanting non-dilutive funding…as co-owners surely do not want to dilute their funding. Could well end up being a loan deal or an investment if this is correct..

Considering there are actually 4 different Pharma that they have contracted with, so you’d think at least of few of them have their due diligence…!

They have been working on these contracts for many months so this was before they raised the funding issue to the market last month. Both are independent and funding in these markets means heavy discount…especially when you consider these lot have peanuts left now.

Was really hoping they would sort funding out by now…it’s getting desperate!

How is it promising, cash of £200k end of June is probably now under 100k. Without financing they not going to last many weeks now.

They said 0.2m left of end of last week, from this they’ll be running out of money next week or soon after. BoD need to sort or there is going to be carnage soon..

After Tue RNS, now this should allow repayment extension agreement to be agreed. The parties should be able to see that diamonds are on the way and happening..

Yep agree the BH are just hell bent on converting it means they losing faith in Art now, only way is JV but with Art at the wheel just not sure..

Incorrect the actual spread is not 25% it’s a lot less… big trade filled in the afternoon may be a hint. As per RNS financing options being considering (meaning they have ‘options’ on the table) therefore don’t think there will be problem. But let’s see how this plays out..

Tr1 misleading shows previous holding blank which infers no previous holding. But looking at last tr-1 he has purchased ~5% 16th June, so todays TR-1 over 8%..building stake and now just down 2% away from largest holder!
