Well if GM have pulled the plug, then SCE being under Contract WILL be due a significant compensation. That 4 years of compensation as contract was signed till 2030. GM will payout as major companies like GM not going to mess around here dyor

Now if they were contracted to 2030, would GM not be required to pay compensation? That would be between 2026 - 2030…I would think yes and provisions are normally made in a Contract for this…this would be significant amount covering 4 years!

Well they say GM have lost contract, but they have yet to speak to GM or for them to have confirm it. So I guess they need to understand from GM exactly what has happened…can they re-negotiate or not?
