So what's changed since the RNS from August last year?
6 August 2021
Cellular Goods PLC
("Cellular Goods" or "the Company")
Multiyear supply agreement signed for launch of ingestible products
Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a UK-based provider of premium consumer products formulated with lab-made cannabinoids, is pleased to announce a multi-year manufacture and supply agreement with Chanelle McCoy Health Ltd (CMH) bringing forward its launch of a range of clinically-validated ingestible products to Q4 2021.
Under the agreement, CMH, a research-led developer of high quality ultra pure cannabinoid (CBD) products that are fully compliant with the new novel food regime, will initially supply three CBD ingestibles which will go on sale under the Cellular Goods brand in the UK, followed by continental Europe in 2022.
The deal marks a significant step in Cellular Goods' go-to-market strategy and will accelerate its entry into the market for ingestible wellness products for human consumption by more than a year.
These products will be introduced in mid-December at the same time as the Company's inaugural skincare range incorporating cannabigerol (CBG), and ahead of the new season product launches typically made in the wellness sector during the first quarter of a new year. The Company will initially sell the ingestible range exclusively through its new ecommerce website, which is in the latter stages of build and deployment.
A third line-up of "movement" products for both the athletic and everyday muscle recovery market is due to be launched in Spring 2022.
Key benefits of the deal include:
· Immediate entry into the most developed market segment with early revenue generation opportunity.
· Expands Cellular Goods' branded product range into a complementary market segment.
· Provides access to a range of novel-food regulation compliant products which are ready for launch.
· Reduced upfront R&D expenditure for market entry in ingestibles.
· Opportunity for future product development and research collaborations through access to compliant ultra pure CBD and pharmaceutical expertise.
At launch the ingestible range will comprise a tincture, spray, and capsules covering the most popular modes of consumption. These have already passed extensive quality, safety and stability tests, comply with novel foods regulations in the UK and EU and are certified under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. They contain lab-made CBD obtained through a GMP-certified process whereby naturally derived raw materials are converted to non-psychoactive ultra pure CBD that is bioidentical to plant-derived CBD but devoid of the many contaminants commonly found in plant-extracts, including pollutants, toxins, terpenes, heavy metals, pesticides, and psychoactive substances.
· According to the Association for the Cannabinoid Industry (ACI) the UK has the world's most developed regulatory framework for legal cannabinoid
Wasn't expecting that and we have dropped the ball, but it is ridiculous situation. The ingestible are 100% exactly the same as pureis and they are on the list. I don't know enough about the regulations to give an expert comment, but looking at it purely from a common sense point of view. It does seem madness that Pureis is ok and we are not. Surely if they have submitted all the correct paperwork and that's been accepted, all we have to do is submit the same in our name as all the research etc etc has been accepted one?
In our Ceo's defense. They where already on sale and had been for a while before she took over. I don't think its fair to blame her entirely, when she wasn't part of the team that done the initial deal with mcCoy health. It obviously needs sorting, but surely it can't be that difficult to get them passed. The FSA can't say no surely if we submit the paperwork I our name as the exact same data has already been accepted once?
Don't forget the sales figures up to the end of February won't take into account Serum sales as they only came online 1st march.
Estee lauder are valued at 5.69 billion. La Mers valuation alone is 1 billion.
La Mer Creme de la Mer is one of the most expensive products on the market. They have Been valued as a 1 billion pound company. Always a market for the high end, high quality products.

KingKong168,
What a despicable human being you are. How dare you even bring into the conversation Anna is Russian. It shows your mind set and what your true thoughts and intentions are . You should be deeply ashamed of yourself.
A lot of people are making unfounded comments with absolutely no substance to them. Firstly as I would love to know how you can claim sales are not as expected when no sales figures have ever been released. So I could easily say we have sold 10 million of the Serum, but as per your speculation it means nothing at all because I have no insite either. Ref 2 senior executives leaving, which is true, but you have to put in context. AA done a fantastic job with his team bringing the business to fruition and getting CBX listed. That is where his skill set lay. Now Anna has been brought in for her expertise and experience and was a great move. Eric has left to make may for another expert with massive experience in Logistics. So Anna is basically building her own team and a good job they are doing so far. Given time we will be a world leading company in our field. With the products we have and the ones that are coming, its going to be a roller coaster, but so was Tesla!!
JohnTulley,
Welcome to the board, first post I see.
May I ask how you know not many products have been sold when no sale figures have been released?

I need to rant about governments and rave about this product. I have always been very skeptical when it comes to skin and health care products.
But I witnessed the power of CBD oil for my mother that has rheumatoid arthritis. She went from not being able to walk up even 10 flights of stairs and stuck in a bed. And the GP saying “sorry there is nothing we can do”. To her going on 2 mile walks every day within 3 weeks. She has now been using cbd for over 2 years. Fit, healthy and pain free. I thought I would get her something new that harnesses the same anti inflammatory powers as CBD does, and I discovered CBG and this face serum.
It’s expensive. But after experimenting with different cbd products over the years I realised you get what you pay for. The cheaper products are just a gimmick and don’t have enough in them to actually result in any noticeable effect.
After 2 weeks of use my mother fell in love with this. I tried it too and all I can say is just WOW. It’s hard to explain it. But it makes your skin feel great and fresh. Instantly ordered one for me too, and I am a guy that’s never used any cream or skin care product before and thought I never will Haha.
The benefits of the compounds inside the cannabis plant are just unbelievable. I have witnessed the pain relief and anti inflammatory effects on my mother. It’s about ******* time governments around the world legalise this plant so this “bad” stereotype is removed from it. Millions around the world suffering from pains and problem like arthritis, MS, epilepsy and many more need to be educated on this stuff and have access to it. Ok rant over haha.
The face serum is really high quality and for once in the cosmetic industry it does what it says on the tin. And it’s not just fake marketing rubbish. What more can I say. Whoever made this product thank you and you got a family of 4 as customers now for life. And I am recommending it to all my friends.
Ps: If you are reading this and you know anyone that has arthritis please tell them to try cbd. It really works.

Don't apologise. He isn't genuine. 34 posts mainly negative about the company and not invested. What else would you call them?
No one cares
Kingkong168
You may very well be correct, but how do you know what the sales figures are when none have been released?
If you just going to make random statements without any base in fact, it really doesn't help?
Ref the cost of the Serum. I purchased it first, my wife then started to use it and 3 of her friends are now using it based on what she said and trying hers, so it does work that way.
The Function better range has not been suspended and it may well not be. Even if it is which I doubt. It won't really hurt us as the major part of sales are the hero range ( and the movement range, which is coming soon will be) As stated many times, the ingestibles are just and always have been an add on.
The feedback for the Serum, oil and Aftershave moisturiser on Amazon is increasing all the time. It's a self fulfilling prophecy. The more people buy it and like it, they tell their friends, who tell their friends etc etc. When I find a product I like I tend to stick with it. So it should be the same for CG's products. Once we have a loyal customer base, thats the foundation for a very successful business. It just takes a little time, be patient. Lots more products to come.
You have posted 30 messages in total about CG and you are not invested, Wow!
LGO,
What a very very sad little life you must lead. Not invested in CG and yet you spend all your time on here trying to bring it down. Whatever you motivation I am genuinely starting to feel really sad for you. Maybe read book, go for a walk, watch a film. Its' got to be better for you than spending your time on boards that you not invested in. I sincerely hope you find something to do and get help with you issues. Have a great easter weekend.
gswitch,
WE KNOW. Old news, as per many many many posts over the last few days. We are all aware that the FSA changed the goal posts, CG idodn't do anything wrong and they are dealing with it and the ingestibles are not the core products. Can we now PLEASE put a line under this until we either hear from CG or the FSA.
RemRoy,
Not in the slightest bit mad with you at all. We are all adults and make our decisions, but just because you feel you made the wrong decision and don't like the shares, it doesn't serve anybody to keep coming onto the board and referring to the company the way you have been in you previous postings. If you don't have any shares, so no interest in the company, why keep posting, just move on?
Remroy,
Off course you have, we all believe you. You have sold your shares at a loss and want to educate the rest of us lost soles on the error of our ways. Thank you of the help and advise.
The share price has been stable since the news about the FSA rulings was released. I think mainly because the people with more that an ounce of common sense actually realise that the FSA changed the goal posts and CG hasn't done anything wrong! Dodge is correct saying CG will sort this and it's time to move on. The ingestibles where an add on to the core Products and the core products ( and what's to come) have always been our main focus and they are what's going to make us world leading company in the field.
