Ravin, money poured in before it was suspended. It was obvious a leak occurred so they suspended which they had to.... Looking all good to me at this stage ... It's not as if the company is going bust or anything. This could be a great deal on the table....nobody knows yet

Slimed understand you may a little frustration here, read back on board. However with recent placing at 1p, strong surge prior to news then suspended. This looks like it shaping well. Of course we don't know how this will play out. But volume and buys suggest good news hopefully and nice gap up when comes back onto the market. Think it will be good, hope and fingers crossed for us all locked in now. Like me, many bought in this morning

Centurion Resources Plc announces that it has raised £200,000 by way of a placing of 20 million new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ('the Placing Shares'), with new shareholders at a price of 1 pence per Placing Share ('the Placing'), a 138% premium to the share price at close of business on 1 July 2013. The funds raised will be used to evaluate high quality opportunities across Europe in the base metals sector.

What is a reverse takeover? A reverse takeover is an acquisition which for an AIM company would exceed 100% in any of the class tests or result in a fundamental change in its business, board or voting control. If a company announces a reverse takeover, its shares will be suspended until it publishes an Admission Document in respect of the enlarged group. However, the shares will not be suspended if the target company is quoted on AIM or admitted to the Official List

Doubt this is bad news as rockets before suspension....however you never know. I would rather be in than out at this stage.
